| The electric asymmetric
three-roller plate bending machine is designed for bending and
rolling sheet metal with the maximum wall thickness of 1.5mm and
maximum width of 1.3m. It is equipped with a fixed upper roller
and adjustable lower and rear rollers, and can efficiently
accomplish the rolling and bending operation of thin plates,
such as steel plates, copper plates and aluminum plates. It
features time and labor saving, simple operation, high rolling
quality and efficiency and long service life. The electric
rolling machine can be widely applied to pipeline manufacturing,
sheet metal production, decoration engineering, hardware
processing, etc. |

1. There is no
plug on the power cord. Please let a professional electrician
conduct wiring operation. Ensure the correct power supply and
reliable grounding.
2. Do not process the plates
exceeding the specified thickness and width.
3. Do not process the plates
with sharp corners or burrs to avoid damage to the rollers.
4. Do not put hands or tools
into the gap between the rollers during operation. Do not touch
the running parts during operation.
5. Wear protective gloves,
goggles and other protective equipment during operation.
6. Be sure to turn off the
machine and disconnect the power supply before adjusting and
measuring the plate and cleaning and maintaining the machine.
7. Do not leave the machine
unattended during operation. |

Control Unit
The control unit integrates the control box, double foot

Driving Motor
The high-quality 3-phase
asynchronous motor has powerful driving force and sufficient
torque, can drive the rollers to bend the plates of different
specifications easily, and ensures stable operation and long
service life. It is resistant to impact and corrosion and has a
high protection level.

Roller Shafts
The three high-strength steel
rollers are of an asymmetric structure, have high toughness and
rigidity, are not prone to deformation and wear after long-term
operation, and can well guarantee the rolling precision. Two
adjustable rollers improve the bending flexibility and
adaptability.

Adjusting Bolts
The
independent adjusting bolts are designed for separately
adjusting the lower and rear rollers to adapt to different
plates. The bolts are simple and reliable in structure, high in
adjusting precision and long in service life, well ensure the
bending uniformity and reduce the reject rate.

Protective Support
The
yellow protective support adopts a firm frame and a spring
buffering structure, forms a reliable physical barrier, and
improves the operation stability and safety. It just covers the
dangerous region, cannot affect the feeding and bending
operation and ensures normal operation.

| 1.
Connect the machine to the 220V 3-phase power supply with
reliable grounding. 2.
Adjust the lower and rear rollers through the adjusting bolts
according to the plate thickness, and ensure the roller gap is
matched with the plate thickness.
3. Turn on the main power switch
and the start switch.
4. Feed the plate into the gap
between the rollers, tread on the foot switch, and start bending
the plate.
5. After rolling, loosen the foot
switch and press the stop button.
6. Open the cam lock, swing the
upper roller to unlock, and take out the formed workpiece. |
