3. Do not move the machine during use. Do not touch the running parts during operation. Do not put hands or tools into the machine during operation.

4. Do not overload the machine. Do not test the materials exceeding the stroke range.

5. Add lubricating oil to the mechanical parts in a timely manner.

6. After each test, clean the machine to keep it tidy. For the control box, wipe it with a dry cloth.

Clamp Assembly

The upper and lower clamps are made of high-strength materials, can bear the maximum capacity of 2000Kg, and are free of deformation or looseness after long-term testing. The samples can be effectively clamped in a short time, and the clamping efficiency can be greatly improved.
　

Limiting Device

1. Specimen Preparation
The customer shall prepare test specimens in accordance with their own requirements (in compliance with product testing standards).

2. Test Preparation
Before testing, verify that the power supply meets the specified requirements, and confirm that the upper and lower limit safety devices are properly set.
Notes:
(1) Improper adjustment of the upper and lower limit safety devices may cause damage to the machine.
(2) The test specimen shall be vertical and free from tension after being clamped.
(3) Different fixtures shall be used for different types of test materials.

3. Test Steps
(1) Connect the AC110V power supply with reliable grounding.
(2) Turn on the power switch.
(3) Adjust the upper and lower limit sleeves to proper positions and fasten them with a hex wrench.
(4) Input all test parameters on the test interface and clamp the test sample securely.
(5) Perform the tensile test on the product.
(6) Repeat the test for the next product or turn off the power supply.
(7) Record the test results upon completion of the test.
Notes: In case of emergency, press the Stop key to stop the machine immediately.
(8) If any abnormality is detected during testing, stop the machine promptly and disconnect the power supply if necessary. Operators shall not leave their posts without permission during the test.
