1. Check the oven and ensure all parts are intact and the oven
can operate normally.
2. Cure and dry the food in
advance and ensure the food is dry and free of drips.
3. Place the appropriate
food-grade smoking materials into the smoking assembly at the
bottom and place the food on the grid frame evenly and loosely.
4. Close the oven door and ensure
good sealing performance.
5. Connect the machine to the
220V single-phase power supply with reliable grounding, and turn
on the power switch.
6. Set the smoking temperature
and time according to the food, and turn on the mode switch,
heating switch, fan switch and the lighting switch as needed.
7. After the time is up, the oven
automatically stops. Turn off the control switches and power
switches and disconnect the power supply. After the oven
temperature is reduced to the appropriate value, and open the
oven door.
8. Wear heat-resistant gloves,
and take out the grid frames and finished products one by one.
9. After the oven cools down
completely, clean the machine thoroughly.
