Note: There is no
plug on the power cord. Let a professional electrician conduct
wiring operation, and ensure reliable grounding.

1. Reserve an enough heat
dissipation space around the oven, and keep the oven away from
flammable and explosive materials.
2. During preheating and
baking, be sure to wear high-temperature-resistant protective
gloves to operate the machine. Do not directly touch the baking
chambers and heating tubes with hands.
3. Do not place or bake
flammable and explosive materials or liquid food.
4. After each use, wait for
the oven to naturally cool down, and then you can clean the
oven. Do not directly rinse the high-temperature baking chambers
or glass windows with cold water to avoid bursting.
5. Do not overload the oven.
Ensure the hot air circulation channel can normally operate.
6. The temperature setting
cannot exceed the rated upper limit, otherwise long-term high
temperature empty burning will accelerate aging of components.
7. Children and non-operators
are prohibited from approaching or operating the oven to avoid
burns and electric shock risks. |

1. The three layers can be used
independently and simultaneously, and the surface flame and base
flame on each layer can be independently controlled.
2. The 7-inch capacitive
high-definition touch screen with color LCD display is adopted
to precisely control the baking parameters including the
temperature, time, etc.
3. The oven temperature can be
adjusted arbitrarily within the range of 0-300˚C, and can be
automatically kept constant.
4. The 3 baking chambers can hold
6 baking sheets at the same time, meeting the large-batch baking
requirement.
5. The high-strength material
ensure the oven is resistant to high temperature and is not

Touch Screens
Each LCD touch screen is matched with the corresponding baking
chambers, and adopts the integrated design to achieve touch
control over various baking parameters, allowing the operator to
flexibly adjust and set baking temperature, time and other
parameters, improving the baking efficiency and enhancing the
operation experience and quality control.

Observation Windows
The tempered glass observation
windows cooperate with internal lighting systems to achieve
real-time monitoring of the baking state of food and accurate
control over the baking process. The observation windows can
effectively reduce the heat loss caused by frequent door opening
and ensure the internal temperature is uniform and stable.

Handles
The heat-resistant rubber sleeves
are designed at the connection between the handles and doors,
can effectively resist high temperature conduction and avoid the
burn risks. The long stainless steel handles are firm, durable,
comfortable, attractive and easy to clean and maintain.

Baking Chambers
There are 3 baking chambers with
large capacity, which allows six 40*60cm baking sheets to bake
simultaneously. The multi-hole type side plate cooperates with
the hot air circulation system to ensure uniform heat
distribution, and the net rack can effectively support the
baking sheets to facilitate air circulation.

Lighting Lamps
The independent lighting lamp is
designed for each baking chamber, is resistant to high
temperature and oil, allows the operator to precisely master the
baking state and improves the baking stability.

Exhaust Rods
Each exhaust rod is of a
mechanical push-and-pull structure, and can control the exhaust
outlet to be opened and closed easily, flexibly adjusting the
steam and oil fume and keeping the environment clean.

Exhaust Outlet
The exhaust outlet is of a grid
type ventilation structure, can quickly exhaust steam, moisture
and oil fume, and ensures smooth ventilation while preventing
the foreign matter from entering the oven. The exhaust outlet is
resistant to high temperature, corrosion and rust.

Supporting Mechanism
The
supporting mechanism integrates universal wheels and adjustable
supporting legs, facilitating flexible movement and fixing
stability, achieving precise leveling and shock absorption,
improving the environmental adaptability and operation safety.

| 1.
Connect the power cord to the 80A leakage protection circuit
breaker of 220V 3-phase power with reliable grounding.
2. Turn on the power, and
the touch screens are on. Press the corresponding keys to set the
baking temperature, time and other parameters as needed.
3. Place the food into the baking
chambers, and start baking.
4. After the baking time is up,
wear the protective gloves, open the oven doors and take out of
the baked food.
5. Disconnect the power supply,
wait the oven to naturally cool down and clean the oven
thoroughly. |
