| The stainless steel fruit and
vegetable pulping machine is a professional fruit processing
device for pitting and pulping various ripe peaches, plums and
other pitted fruits. It can remove fruit pits and separate the
pulp and juice from other parts, facilitating juice
concentration and other subsequent processing. The fruit and
vegetable pulping machine can be widely applied to food
processing plants, central kitchens, jam workshops and other
commercial processing places.
Special Note: The
machine is suitable for processing hard-cored fruits and
materials with no
strict requirement for pulping fineness, such as apricots,
peaches, olives and cherries. The formed pulp will contain some
solid fruit particles. |

2. Do not mix the metal,
stones, sand, impurities and other foreign matter in the
materials to avoid tool damage.
3. Do not put hands or tools
into the machine during operation. Do not touch the running
parts during operation.
4. Evenly and slowly feed the
materials into the machine. Do not overload the machine during
operation.
5. Do not randomly disassembly
or modify the machine without authorization. |

Driving Motor
The 220V high-quality motor has high power of 2.2KW, can provide
stable driving force for the pulping operation, and well adapts
to the high-load working condition during fruit processing. It
is durable, safe and easy to maintain.

Feeding Inlet
The large-sized feeding inlet is
integrally formed and made of stainless steel, ensuring smooth
feeding while improving the structural strength and stability.
It is smooth and free of burrs and dead corners, and meets the
food hygiene requirement.

Inner Cavity
The stainless steel pulping head and
mesh screen are combined to efficiently crush the fruits and
effectively filter the pulp, improving the pulping efficiency,
shortening the working time and separating pits from pulp.

Lifting Handles
The ergonomic lifting handles are
welded to the machine body firmly and reliably, allowing the
operator to move and carry effortlessly as needed, improving the
user experience and operation safety.

Pit Outlet
The pit outlet
adopts the widened discharging chute and inclined guide slope,
enabling the pits and residues to be discharged quickly and
smoothly and avoiding accumulation and blockage. The adjustable
baffle facilitates opening and closing of the pit outlet.

Pulp Outlet
The pulp outlet
is of an arc-shaped tilted structure and can discharge the pulp
stably and smoothly, preventing the pulp from splashing and
scattering during discharging, reducing the pulp waste, and
keeping the environment clean.

Securely install the machine on the ground and tighten the base
bolts. 2. Inspect the drum,
remove debris, and wash it thoroughly. During washing, prevent
water from leaking onto the motor.
3. Ensure the fruits and
vegetables to be processed are ripe and clean, free of debris,
stones, hard metal objects, etc.
4. Connect the power supply.
Start the motor, ensuring smooth rotation. Test run the pulping
machine, and check for normal operating noise, etc.
5. Feed the fruits and materials
into the feeding inlet slowly and evenly, and observe the
pulping state in real time.
6. Separately collect the pits
and pulp from the corresponding outlets.
7. After operation, wait for all
materials to be processed and discharged completely, then
disconnect the power supply, and clean the machine thoroughly. |
