5. Wear safety glasses when operating the tapping machine. Do not wear jewelry or loose clothing during operation. Tie hair back before operating the machine. Do not wear gloves when operating the machine.

6. Keep hands away from the moving parts during operation. Do not put hands or tools into the machine during operation.

7. Do not alter or modify the motor or tapping unit by yourself.

8. When any hazard is detected, turn off the power switch to stop the machine.

9. Keep both the motor and chuck free from contamination through regular cleaning.

Touch Screen

The intelligent touch screen has high definition and high sensitivity, and supports flexible setting and adjustment of tapping parameters, such as the tapping mode, depth and speed. A protective cover is additionally designed for protecting the touch screen from dust, collision and damage.
　

Servo Motor

The high-performance servo motor can provide constant torque output and quick start/stop response, ensuring the accurate thread pitch and smooth thread, and well keeping the tapping quality stable. It can achieve effective heat dissipation and has better durability.
　

Torque Chuck

The torque chuck adopts the quick-change design, facilitating replacement of different taps, drastically reducing the tool change time for high-volume production with multiple thread sizes. It is resistant to wear, rust and impact, low in coaxiality error and high in compatibility.
　

Universal Joint

The 360° universal joint enables multi-angle positioning, cooperates with the handle to easily adjust the position of the machine head, and allows tapping at the vertical, horizontal and inclined direction. It is ergonomic, labor-saving, stable and durable.
　

Handwheel

The handwheel is designed for driving the lead screw to flexibly adjust the height of the machine head so as to adapt to various workpieces of different heights. The lifting process is smooth and effortless, the positioning accuracy is higher, and the fault rate is low.

Heat Dissipation Mechanism

The fine grid and filter sponge are combined to prevent dust and foreign matter from entering the machine while ensuring stable ventilation and effective heat dissipation. The grid is firm and durable, is not prone to deformation or damage and is easy to clean and maintain.

Control Handle

The ergonomic control handle moves with the tapping head, allowing direct control over tapping operation, improving the alignment accuracy and efficiency. The separate forward/reverse buttons provide intuitive control, achieving effective tapping and retraction to minimize operator errors.

Gas Springs

The gas springs on the two sides provide constant supporting force to counterbalance the weight of the rocker arm and tapping head, ensuring smooth and vibration-free movement, eliminating shock loads that could damage threads, taps or machine components.
　

2. Select the appropriate tap chuck as needed and install it.

3. Adjust the height of the rocker arm and the angle of the tapping head according to the tapping requirements.

4. Connect the machine to the 110V power supply with reliable grounding.

5. Press the start button, and set the tapping parameters on the touch screen.

6. Hold the control handle, and press the forward button to conduct tapping operation. After completing the tapping operation, press the reverse button to retract the tapping head.

7. Press the stop button, stop the machine and clean the machine and workbench thoroughly.
