separation. The egg liquid flows out through a round tube, while
the eggshells are pushed out through a square discharge outlet.
The separated eggshells can be further processed, for example,
using an eggshell crushing device to grind them into smaller
pieces for easier recycling or disposal. This machine is widely
used for eggs, duck eggs, and other types of eggs. It features a

operation.
2. Never operate the machine with wet hands or while standing on
a wet surface.
3. Do not insert hands or tools into the feed hopper, separation
chamber, or any moving parts while the machine is running.
4. Ensure the power supply is disconnected before performing any
maintenance or cleaning inside the machine. |

liquid are made of food-grade SUS304 stainless steel, featuring

Centrifugal Screw
The centrifugal screw features a
user-friendly design for quick disassembly and assembly without

maintenance convenient. The screening part of the centrifugal
screw adopts a slotted screen structure, which offers higher
mechanical strength compared to standard flat screens, resisting
deformation and damage for better durability. The overall design

Pre-Operation
Checks
Before each operating session, perform the following checks:
Verify that the machine is stable and level on its supporting
surface.
Ensure the power cord and grounding connection are secure and
undamaged.
Confirm that collection containers are in place under both the
liquid outlet and waste outlet.
Inspect the feed hopper, separation chamber, and filter screen
for any residual material from previous use or foreign objects.
Verify that the filter screen and auger are properly seated and
aligned.
Startup Procedure
1 Ensure all pre-operation checks have been completed.
2 Turn on the power supply and start the machine using the power
switch.
3 Allow the machine to reach stable operating speed before
introducing eggs.
4 Observe the machine during initial operation to confirm normal
sound and vibration levels.
Feeding Eggs
Introduce eggs gradually and continuously into the feed hopper.
Feed at a rate consistent with the machine's rated processing
capacity. Monitor the liquid outlet and waste outlet to confirm
that separation and discharge are proceeding normally. If
abnormal sounds, vibration, or reduced throughput are observed,
reduce the feed rate or stop the machine and inspect for issues.
Shutdown Procedure
1 Stop feeding eggs into the hopper and allow the machine to
process any remaining material inside the separation chamber.
2 Turn off the power switch to stop the machine.
3 Disconnect the power supply if the machine will not be used
for an extended period.
4 Remove collection containers and dispose of or store contents
as appropriate. |
