Frame and Base
The frame is constructed from 304 stainless steel square tubing by welding, providing a solid structure to support all machine components. Leveling feet at the base allow the machine to be adjusted for level during installation. The design facilitates cleaning and meets food processing hygiene requirements.

Motor and Transmission
The motor is rated at 4KW, powered by three-phase 220V/60Hz supply. It drives the spindle via a belt or chain transmission. The transmission is enclosed by a protective cover for operational safety.

Collection Chamber / Pulp Outlet
The collection chamber is located below the pulping drum to collect the juice or pulp that passes through the screen. The pulp outlet is designed for easy transfer of the finished product to the next process step or storage container.

Pulping Screen
The pulping screen is an interchangeable type with 0.8 mm holes, installed on the inner wall of the pulping drum. After the fruit is squeezed and broken, the pulp passes through the screen by centrifugal force into the collection chamber below, while pits and peels are retained by the screen. The quick-release structure allows easy cleaning and replacement.

Dual-Channel Pulping Drum
The dual-channel pulping drum is the core working component of the machine, containing two independent pulping channels. Inside the drum are scrapers and soft silicone strips that squeeze and scrape the fruit to open it up and remove the pits. The dual-channel design allows simultaneous processing of more material, improving production efficiency while achieving finer and more uniform pulping.

Feed Hopper
The feed hopper is located at the top of the machine and is made of 304 stainless steel. It is used to receive the fruit to be processed. The wide opening allows convenient manual or assisted feeding. Fruit falls from the hopper into the dual-channel pulping drum for processing.

Pre-Operation Checks
1.Inspect all machine parts to ensure they are in good condition before use.
2.Check the pulping drum for debris and ensure the interior is clean.
3.Check that the scraper-to-drum-wall clearance is appropriate; adjust if necessary.
4.Check that the screen is properly installed and undamaged.
5.Check that the feed hopper and pulp outlet are clear.
　

Operation Sequence
Perform operations in the following sequence:
6.Turn on the power switch and start the motor. Allow the machine to run under no load for 1~2 minutes to confirm normal operation.
7.Feed the fruit to be processed evenly into the hopper. Match the feeding speed to the machine processing capacity to avoid overfeeding and blockage.
8.Inside the dual-channel pulping drum, the fruit is squeezed and scraped by the scrapers and silicone strips. The pits are removed, and the pulp passes through the 0.8 mm screen by centrifugal force into the collection chamber below.
9.During processing, the scraper angle may be adjusted according to fruit type and ripeness to control pit removal speed and thoroughness.
10.Collect the finished pulp from the pulp outlet. Pulp yield is affected by fruit type, ripeness, and screen aperture, generally around 95%.
11.After operation, stop feeding first. Once the material in the drum is largely processed, turn off the power switch.
　

Scraper Clearance Adjustment
The clearance between the scrapers and the inner wall of the pulping drum directly affects pulp yield and pitting performance. Excessive clearance results in insufficient fruit breakdown and poor pit removal; insufficient clearance increases motor load and may cause jamming. Adjust to an appropriate clearance based on fruit type and hardness. Always shut down and disconnect power before adjustment.
　

Shutdown Procedure
12.Stop feeding material into the hopper and allow the remaining material in the drum to be processed.
13.Turn off the power switch and disconnect the main power supply.
14.Clear residual material from the pulping drum, and rinse the screen and drum interior.
15.If the machine will be idle for an extended period, clean and dry the machine thoroughly.
