pour point tester is a special device for determining the

oil, lubricants, crude oil) lose fluidity under low-temperature
conditions, and mainly detecting the solidification point and

| 1. The instrument shall be
placed on a flat and sturdy workbench, and air convection in the
environment should be minimized as much as possible.
2. The instrument may contain
flammable materials during use, and open flames (or devices that
produce sparks) must not be present in the vicinity during
operation.
3. When not in use, the
instrument should be stored in a dry and well-ventilated
location.
4. The power supply shall be
single-phase 220V with proper grounding.
5. The instrument must be
injected with anhydrous ethanol before starting the test.
6. Never operate the heater in
dry conditions without a medium.
7. If the refrigeration unit
needs to be restarted after shutdown, a 30-minute interval must
be observed; otherwise, the compressor may be damaged. |

Pour Point Testing Hole
The pour point testing hole meets
the standard design requirements for diameter and spacing, can
perfectly fit the pour point testing glass tube, effectively
reduces the cold loss of the bath and improves the testing

Solidification Point Testing Hole
The solidification point testing
hole is equipped with a durable sealing ring, achieving
effective sealing and resistance to high and low temperature and
corrosion, protecting the test tube from collision and damage

ventilation holes are designed for achieving efficient heat

Testing Auxiliaries
All the auxiliaries are designed
for solidification point/pour point testing, do not need to be
additionally purchased and reduce the testing cost. The
auxiliaries are simple in structure, easy to clean and high in
universality, and are suitable for laboratories.

1. Pre-test Preparation
(1) Prepare all required testing
instruments and materials in accordance with the requirements
specified in the standards.
(2) Inspect the power supply to
ensure it has a proper grounding terminal, and examine the
instrument's casing to confirm it is in a properly grounded
condition.
(3) Add an appropriate amount of
anhydrous ethanol (industrial alcohol) to the bath tank,
ensuring that the test tube holder fits securely without causing
overflow into the bath solution.
2. Usage Instruction
(1) Turn on the power switch, and
the temperature controller will display the bath temperature.
Turn on the stirring switch to initiate bath agitation. Then
turn on the cooling switch to activate the refrigeration unit.
(2) Set the bath temperature to
the required value according to the testing requirements.
(3) Set the testing time as
needed, and turn on the timer switch to start timing. When the
number displayed on the LED matches the set value, the buzzer
starts sounding. To stop the buzzer, simply turn off the timer
switch.
