| The metal shielding mesh ring
cutting machine is a professional pneumatic device for shielding
mesh pretreatment. It can precisely cut off the woven metal
shielding meshes on the outer layers of power cables in a ring
cutting mode on the premise that the internal insulating layer
is not damaged. It features pneumatic control, two cutting modes
(full cutting and partial cutting), no damage to internal
insulating layers, high cutting efficiency, simple operation and

compressor included in the packing list. Customers should use
their own air compressors.
2. Wear goggles and protective
gloves to protect the operator.
3. Ensure the air pressure is
stabilized within the equipment requirement range.
4. Do not put hands or any
part of the body into the cutting region. Do not touch the
running parts during operation.
5. Do not process wire
harnesses exceeding the applicable range of the equipment.
6. Do not clean, debug or
repair the equipment during operation. |

Pneumatic Connectors

Wire Placement Inlet
The wire placement inlet is smooth
and reliable, the conical hole can efficiently guide the wire to

Cutting Module
The cutting module adopts the ring
cutting mode to achieve uniform and efficient cutting of the
shielding meshes, the cut edge is smooth, flat and free of
burrs, and the internal cores are well protected.

Foot Switch
The foot switch liberates double
hands of the operator, can give a quick response to the tread
motion, achieves precision control over the cutting motion,
meets the ergonomic standard and has a long service life.

| 1.
Connect the machine and the foot pedal to the air supply through
the air pipes. 2. Guide the
to-be-cut wire into the conical inlet, ensure the metal
shielding layer sleeves the guide rod and the internal core is
located inside the guide rod.
3. Adjust the top screw to
control the clamping degree of the wire in the inlet.
4. Tread on the foot switch, and
the machine cuts off the metal shielding layer in a pneumatic
mode. After cutting, release the foot switch, and the cutter
shaft automatically resets.
5. Pull out the cut wire and
check the cutting effect.
6. After cutting, disconnect the
air supply and clean the machine thoroughly. |
