Control Unit

Pressure Rollers

Flour Scattering Device
The high-elasticity wear-proof nylon

Forming Roller
The forming
roller adopts the rolling cut forming design, and can be linked
with the pressure rollers and conveyor belts to achieve
continuous high-quality production, ensuring the crust edge is
neatly and free of burrs or adhesion. The roller is resistant to
wear and aging.

Universal Wheels
The
universal wheels are designed for allowing the machine to move
in different working environments freely and flexibly,
effectively meeting the flexible movement demand. The brake
structure can fix the machine stably and effortlessly and
improve the operation safety.

1. Check the machine and ensure all parts are intact and the
machine can operate normally.
2. Prepare the appropriate dough,
and add dry flour into the flour box.
3. Connect the machine to the
110V power supply with reliable grounding.
4. Adjust the gap between the
pressure rollers, the tension of the conveyor belts and the
height of the forming roller according to the specific
processing demands.
5. Press the ON button, the
machine starts, and the pressure rollers, conveyor belts and
forming roller begin running.
6. Put the dough into the hopper,
and the machine processes the dough automatically to form crusts
of the required specification.
7. After processing, stop
feeding, and wait for all the crusts and dough to be discharged
completely.
8. Press the OFF button,
disconnect the power supply, and clean the machine thoroughly.
