| The hose crimping machine is a
professional hydraulic device specifically designed for crimping
round steel/rubber tubes with the max. inner diameter of 4in.
The 14 sets of dies are provided and can be driven to shrink
tubes through the high pressure, so the joints which are tightly
sealed are formed. The machine has the advantages of high
crimping quality and efficiency, good portability, simple
operation, high compatibility and so on. The hose crimper is
suitable for various mechanical applications, including high and
low-pressure oil pipes, gas pipes, water pipes, cable joints,
automobile air conditioning pipes, automobile power steering
pipes, oil pipes, gasoline supply pipes, as well as construction
accessories and daily hot water pipes. It is widely used in the

Control Panel
The control panel integrates the start/stop buttons, crimp/open
buttons, manual/automatic switch and power indicator, achieving
independent and precise control over the crimping operation,
avoiding misoperation and improving the operation convenience
and adaptability.

Driving Motor
The high-power driving motor can
provide the sufficient driving force for the pipe crimping
operation, ensuring the crimping force is uniform and stable. It
can dissipate heat quickly, is resistant to impact and corrosion
and has a long service life.

Crimping Device
The crimping device is subjected to
CNC milling treatment, ensuring higher crimping precision and
wear resistance. The eight-piece base is produced through heat
treatment and can firmly fix different crimping dies, and die
replacement is easy and convenient.

Micrometer
The high-precision micrometer can be
turned to position and adjust the scale as needed, and has high
processing precision and stability. The scale marks are clear
and obvious, and allow the operator to observe and use.

Pressure Gauge
The shock-proof pressure gauge
can display the pressure clearly and stably during
high-frequency vibration, can also bear the pressure
fluctuation, impact and sudden unloading of the hydraulic system
and adapt to the severe environments. |

Liquid Thermometer
The
liquid thermometer adopts the transparent window and clear scale
design, facilitating real-time monitoring of the oil
temperature, ensuring the hydraulic system is located in the
normal temperature range and reducing the maintenance cost.

Foot Switch
The foot switch is adopted to
achieve manual crimping control, liberating double hands of the
operator, ensuring the operation safety and reliability and
greatly improving the operation smoothness and crimping
efficiency.

Crimping Dies
There are 14 sets of crimping
dies in the package, including A75, A84, A102, B10, B38, B88,
C51, E25, F13, J32, K6, K16, K19 and N8, well meeting the
requirements for different crimping sizes, improving the
crimping precision and facilitating replacement and maintenance.
|
|
1. Place the machine: Open the package and place the machine in
a ventilated and dry room with the room temperature above 10˚C.
2. Add hydraulic oil: Open the
oil lid, slowly add the hydraulic oil through the empty filter
until the oil level reaches 3/4 of its scale.
Note: when the oil is not
added, it is strictly prohibited to start the equipment.
3. Conduct power wiring: The
machine supports 220V three-phase power, please have a
professional electrician operate the wiring.
4. Check the power connection:
After checking the circuit breaker, turn off the switch. After
the power supply is turned on, the power indicator light is on,
which indicates that the power supply is connected correctly.
5. Start the machine: Press the
"Start" or "Crimp" button on the panel to start the motor,
observe the motor steering and ensure it is correct.
6. After the above procedure is
completed, the pressure test can be started.
7. System pressure: The pressure
of the hydraulic system has been adjusted at the factory. The
user should not adjust it to avoid system overload damage to the
machine.
8. Conduct air exhaust: There
will be some air in the hydraulic system during the first
refueling, causing the die base to jitter during operation,
which is a normal phenomenon. Open the vent valve on the
cylinder to discharge air, and the jitter will disappear
naturally.
9. Select dies: Select the
corresponding dies according to the different hose
specifications.
10. Lubricate the die base: When
starting to crimp hoses, first apply lithium-based
grease/housing oil to the head die base to fully lubricate the
working surface (cone surface) and keep it in good working
condition.
11. Put the pipe fittings to be
processed into the die. Press the "Crimp" button or use the foot
switch to operate. After crimping is completed, press the "Open"
button to open the die and take out the pipe fittings.
