| The pipe stretching machine is
specially designed for expanding the end openings of rubber
hoses with the maximum wall thickness of 6mm, enabling easy
installation of rubber rings, fittings and other components. It
features of wide expanding range of 0.2''-1.4'' (6-35mm),
effective push-out function, and double foot switch control,
effectively improves the working efficiency and ensures the
processing consistency. The pipe stretching machine can be
widely used in rubber processing, automotive maintenance, pipe

| 1. Ensure the power supply
conforms to the parameter requirements of the machine, and
reliable grounding is conducted.
2. Keep the compressed air clean,
dry and oil-free, and maintain the pressure in a reasonable
range.
3. Do not put hands or tools
into the stretching station during operation. Do not touch the
running parts during operation.
4. Correctly operate the foot
switches. Do not tread on the stretching and push-out foot
switches simultaneously.
5. Properly adjust the
stretching force according to the material and wall thickness of
rubber hoses to avoid excessive stretching.
6. The machine is only
suitable for rubber hoses, and cannot stretch hard metal pipes,
hard plastic pipes or brittle pipes with the wall thickness
exceeding 6mm.
7. Disconnect the power supply
and air supply before cleaning, inspection and maintenance. |

Stretching Mechanism
The multi-claw stretching structure is adopted to expand the end
of rubber hose with the wall thickness of ≤0.2in (6mm), enabling
the stress of the inner wall of the hose to be more uniform,
avoiding cracking or damage and improving the qualified rate.
The push-out function is additionally designed for automatically
discharging the finished products.

Adjusting Screw
The stretching mechanism can be
adjusted within the stretching range of 0.2-1.4 inches through
the adjusting screw, there is no need for mold replacement, time
and labor are greatly saved, and the stretching size can also be
kept stable. The adjusting screw is simple and durable, easy to
maintain and low in fault rate while ensuring high adjustment
precision.

Counter
The digital counter can record and
display the processing quantity automatically and accurately,
facilitating direct statistics of production data and
simplifying the production management process. It is easy to
operate, low in power consumption and long in service life.

Lifting Handle
The stainless steel lifting handle
is of a foldable embedded structure, does not occupy the extra
space and well adapts to the compact station. It is sturdy and
durable, has high load capacity and is not prone to deformation

Collecting Box
The
high-strength collecting box is designed for collecting and
storing finished products, tools or accessories, and is
practical and multifunctional, resistant to rust and corrosion
and easy to clean. The edge is subjected to arc chamfering
treatment, well protecting workpieces from scratches.

Foot Switches
The double
foot switches are adopted to achieve independent control cover
the stretching and push-out motions, ensuring the operation
safety and reliability, reducing the labor intensity and
adapting to continuous batch production. The foot switches are
waterproof, dustproof and durable.

1. Place the machine on the stable workbench and ensure all
parts are intact.
2. Connect the machine to the air
supply and 110V power supply with reliable grounding, and
install the two foot switches correctly.
3. Rotate the stretching opening
adjusting screw according to the inner diameter and wall
thickness of the rubber hose to be processed. Reset the
electronic counter as needed.
4. Place the rubber hose at the
front end of the stretching opening.
5. Tread on the stretching foot
switch, and the stretching opening stably expands the rubber
hose.
6. Tread on the push-out foot
switch, and the expanded rubber hose is automatically pushed
out.
7. Repeat the steps 4-6 to
continuously process multiple rubber hoses. The electronic
counter will automatically record the stretching quantity.
8. After stretching all hoses,
turn off the air supply and unplug the machine.
9. Clean away chips and
impurities in the machine and wipe the machine thoroughly.
