2．Connect the suction gun with the water inlet with a hose.

3．The emptying valve is connected to the hose, and the fluid flows back to the sink.

4．Before starting the work, put the pump into the water. It is strictly prohibited to work in the no-water state.

5．Open the door cover, turn on the main switch on the electric control board, and the machine can be powered on. The "start" and "stop" (shutdown) on the operation panel/touch panel and the emergency stop button are common operation buttons of the equipment.

6．When the suction or the amount of water is small, it indicates that the vacuum bucket has been filled with slag or the pipe is blocked, it is necessary to open the vacuum cover, lift the slag bucket and pour out the slag or check whether the pipeline is blocked.

7. The vacuum negative pressure principle is used, and the liquid suction pipe must be placed under the liquid level before operation.

8. It is strictly prohibited to use the machine in the strong acid and alkali (PH<10; PH>5) liquid, and the upper limit of the temperature is 80˚C.

Pressure Gauges

The double pressure gauges are designed for monitoring the pressure states of the machine in real time, intuitively judging the working state, achieving quick fault diagnosis, reducing the maintenance cost and shutdown time and improving the operation safety.
　

Water Inlet

The water inlet is of a quick-assembly type hoop structure, is resistant to dirt and corrosion, avoids secondary pollution of cutting fluid and is easy to clean. The chips and slag can be effectively filtered in the filtering basket after the cutting fluid enters the water inlet.
　

Double Pipes

The double stainless steel pipes are provided for chip suction and removal, are firm, durable, resistant to wear and corrosion and not prone to deformation, can be used for stirring the cutting fluid to suck out the chips and impurities.

　

Water Outlet

The independent water outlet is designed for discharging the filtered water, completely avoiding secondary mixing of water and chips and ensuring the stability of the separation effect. The outlet has large flow and corrosion resistance.
　

Air Vents

The evenly-distributed circular air vents are used for achieving quick ventilation and efficient heat dissipation, effectively controlling the internal temperature of the machine and prolonging the service life of the internal parts.
　

Universal Wheels

The durable universal wheels can rotate in all directions, allow the machine to move to different working environments as needed, and improve the movement flexibility and practicability. The brake design can fix the machine stably.
　

1. Instructions for slag removal

(1) Push the equipment to the fixed point, put the drain pipe in the water tank, and fix the rear brake wheels.

(2) Turn on the power supply, then turn on the main switch, and the power indicator is on. Then press the "start" switch, and the operation indicator is on.

(3) Use the fluid suction pipe to stir back and forth to absorb the bottom chips.

(4) Suck the bottom chips through the fluid suction pipe and collect the bottom chips in the filter basket.

(5) Discharge the cutting fluid back to the water tank through the fluid drain pipe.

(6) Lift the filter basket and pour out the bottom chips.

(7) Reverse the filter basket and clean it with a high-pressure water gun or air gun before putting it back in place.

(8) Use a rag to clean the O-ring and the edge of the filter barrel.

Note: This machine can also perform general liquid conveying, just place the fluid drain pipe at the conveying end.

2. Instructions for oil removal

(1) After the slag removal work is completed, replace the slag removal device with an oil removal device and put it into the water tank to float on the water surface.

(2) Turn on the power supply, and then turn on the main switch, and the power indicator light is on. Then press the "start" button, and the operation indicator light is on. Press the "Stop" button to stop the machine. Operate the machine until the oil is discharged from the oil spill port.

(3) Excess water flows back to the pool through the return pipe.
