Product Overview
The pneumatic dough divider is a professional kitchen device specially designed for dividing dough into pieces within the weight range of 5-1000 grams evenly and quickly. Precaution
1. The equipment must be reliably grounded to prevent electrical shock. Ensure the power supply conforms to the power requirement of the machine.

2. Never put hands into the pushing cylinder, discharge outlet or cutter area during operation.

3. Do not allow metal objects or hard debris to enter the dough, which may damage the push plate and mold.

4. Do not exceed the rated air pressure (0.8MPa) to prevent the cylinder overload.

5. Before cleaning or maintenance, disconnect power, shut off air supply, release residual pressure, and wait until the machine has completely stopped.

6. If abnormal noise, oil leakage or dough leakage occurs during operation, stop immediately for inspection.

7. Do not allow liquid to enter the machine body, motor or control panel.

Control Panel

Pushing Mechanism

The pushing mechanism adopts the motorized screw static pressure pushing system, avoiding damage to the gluten structure, keeping the taste of dough stable and uniform. Cutting Knife

Operation Method
 

  I. Dough Preparation

1. Use all-purpose flour, sifted to remove impurities.

2. Mixing ratio of Flour to Water is approximately 2:1 (salt, eggs and other ingredients may be added).

3. Dough should be moderately soft, without dry flour lumps or hard pieces; rest 10-20 minutes after mixing.

4. Divide rested dough into pieces suitable for the cylinder (total not exceeding 20kg).

5. Lightly spread dry flour to the dough surface to prevent sticking.

  II.  Basic Operation

1. Open the cylinder top cover / remove the push plate, load prepared dough, and flatten and press it firmly to avoid air pockets.

2. Turn on power, set the dough feed speed (use low speed for soft dough, medium-high for firm dough).

3. Set the air pressure (typically 0.6-0.8MPa, adjust it according to dough resistance).

4. Press the dough feed switch, and the machine automatically cycles: push forward, extrude, cut, retract and reset.

5. Portion weight adjustment: Change to a different aperture outlet mold to control the piece size.

6. During operation, uniform discharge without breakage or adhesion indicates normal operation.

  III. Shutdown

1. When dough pushing is complete, press the stop button.

2. Turn off power, and wait for the push plate to fully retract.

3. Open the cover and remove any remaining dough.

4. Clean the pushing cylinder, push plate, mold and cutter.
