| This commercial large-scale conveyor
electric pizza oven is a highly efficient, intelligent, and
energy-saving device designed for chain restaurants and
fast-food establishments. Its most notable feature is the
tracked chain conveyor system - simply place the raw pizza at
the inlet, and the chain automatically transports it at a
constant speed through the high-temperature heating chamber,
eliminating the need for manual turning and enabling
standardized continuous production. Additionally, the oven
utilizes electric heating tubes combined with forced hot air
circulation. Hot air from both the top and bottom evenly
envelops the pizza surface, resulting in extremely fast baking
(typically 3–12 minutes) while ensuring a crispy crust,
thoroughly melted cheese, and consistent edge heating. This oven
is suitable for a wide range of applications, including pizza
chains, Western fast-food restaurants, convenience stores,
cafeterias, school canteens, and self-service buffets. It is
especially ideal for batch production of 15-inch or smaller
pizzas - whether thin crust or thick crust - requiring fast,
stable, and consistent output. |

1. The machine must be
reliably grounded and equipped with a leakage action time of
0.1S leakage protection circuit breaker.
2. Before replacing electrical components or repairing
electrical circuits, the power supply must be completely
disconnected first.
3. Only properly trained personnel are permitted to install,
inspect, repair, and maintain the machine.
4. It is strictly forbidden to bake flammable, explosive, or
corrosive materials in the machine.
5. Do not clean the machine directly with water spray.
6. The side of the machine's cooling fan must not be placed
close to the wall to prevent the internal motor from overheating
and burning out. Maintain a minimum distance of 5cm from the
wall.7. Do
not use metal cleaning tools such as steel wool scrubbing ball,
as they can easily scratch the surface.
8. After cleaning,
wipe dry with a dry cloth.
9. Never use
corrosive cleaning agents.
10. When cleaning the
conveyor belt, make sure the power is turned off and allow the
machine to cool down before cleaning to avoid burns. |

Conveyor Chain
This oven's conveyor chain features bidirectional rotation for
flexible pizza handling, with a perforated design that improves
heat circulation for even bottom baking. Made of heat-resistant
materials, it ensures durable, stable operation for consistent
results. |
Loading & Unloading Tray
The pizza oven features loading and unloading trays made with a
one-piece bending process, which eliminates welded seams for
enhanced structural strength. This design prevents deformation
or cracking under prolonged high-temperature use, while offering
rust resistance and easy cleaning. When not in use, the trays
can be disassembled to save space. |

Air Vent
The heating chamber features multiple air vents on the top
surface, enabling 360° airflow circulation to prevent localized
overheating and ensure uniform baking. Constructed with
high-grade stainless steel, the structure maintains dimensional
stability even under prolonged exposure to temperatures
exceeding 350℃. |
Heat Emission Hole
The machine is designed with heat dissipation holes, which can
effectively dissipate excess heat generated during operation,
preventing overheating and protecting the machine. |
Crumb Tray
The crumb tray collects baking residues such as cheese
drippings, crust crumbs, and oil drops. Its pull-out design
makes cleaning easy without the need for tools. The large
capacity prevents residue buildup, avoiding smoke or burnt
odors, thus ensuring pizza quality and equipment cleanliness
while extending the life of the heating elements. |

Step 1: Check Power Supply
Ensure 220V 1-phase power supply with proper grounding. Verify
that the circuit capacity meets the equipment's power
requirements.
Step 2: Position the Oven
Place the oven on a flat, level surface in a well-ventilated
area. Maintain at least 15cm (6 inches) of clearance on all
sides for heat dissipation.
Step 3: Install the Conveyor Belt
Properly install the stainless steel conveyor chain mesh onto
the inlet/outlet tracks. Ensure proper chain tension and smooth
operation without jamming.
Step 4: Initial Cleaning
Wipe the interior chamber, conveyor belt, and exterior with a
damp cloth to remove dust and grease accumulated during
shipping.
Step 5: Power On
Turn on the main power switch. The control panel indicator
lights up, and the system enters standby mode.
Step 6: Set Temperature
Use the control panel to set the baking temperature
(Recommended: 200℃–280℃ / 392℉–536℉, adjusted according to pizza
thickness).
Step 7: Set Conveyor Speed
Adjust the conveyor speed based on pizza type and thickness
(Slower speed = longer baking time; faster speed = shorter
baking time).
Step 8: Preheating
Press the Start/Preheat button. The oven begins heating.
Preheating takes approximately 15–20 minutes. Wait until the
temperature reaches the set value and stabilizes before loading
products. |

This machine has no plug and needs to be connected to the air
switch by the customer for use.
