| The hydraulic dough divider is a
professional kitchen device specially designed for evenly
dividing large dough into 20 pieces of small dough with same
weight and close-grained inside structures. It features high
capacity of Max. 16kg dough, quick and uniform division, high
adaptability to dough with different water content, high yield
of 20pcs/time and simple operation. It can save the labor cost
and avoid the manual division difference. The hydraulic dough
divider can be widely applied to bakeries, cake shops, central
kitchens, food processing factories, restaurants, etc. |

| 1. Ensure the power supply
conforms to the parameter requirements of the machine, and
reliable grounding is achieved.
2. Use the correct hydraulic
oil and clean vegetable oil. The hydraulic oil type: CONDAT
HYDRAULUB S46 GRAD 46 or similar grade.
3. The 4 plastic tubes for
cleaning cannot be placed on the cutter.
4. Cut off power supply when
placing and taking out dough, and cleaning the machine.
5. The weight depends on the
dough condition. The less the weight is, the lower the quality
of side is. Dough can’t be too soft or hard, otherwise, the
quality is not good.
6. Ensure the top cover is
tightly closed before operation. Do not open the top cover
during operation. |

Control Panel
The control panel is simple in structure and easy to control,
and integrates the functions of state indication, emergency stop
and up/down control, improving the operation safety and
convenience and enhancing the user experience.

Cutting Assembly
The integrated cutterhead is
perfectly matched with the circular barrel to achieve precise
and uniform cutting, effectively improving the cutting stability
and uniformity. The anti-sticking cutter base well avoids dough
adhesion.

Handle
The high-strength handle is designed
for effectively fixing and releasing the top cover as needed. It
is smooth and free of burrs, is not prone to deformation and
breakage, meets the ergonomic standard and is easy to clean and
maintain.

Universal Wheels
The universal wheels can freely
rotate in the 360˚ range, allowing the machine to move and steer
effortlessly in different working environments while stably
supporting the machine body. The brake design prevents the
machine from accidental movement.

A. Installation
1. Choose the dry and flat ground without direct sunshine and
hot source.
2. Connect the correct power supply with 220V single-phase.
3. Open the cover, take out 4 plastic tubes and use vegetable
oil to clean the surface of the cutter and pump.
B. Operation
1. Connect the 220V single-phase power supply with reliable
grounding.
2. Push the Down button to move the cutter base and cutter to
lowest position, and put some vegetable oil on the surface.
3. Place the dough (Max weight 16kg), and put some vegetable oil
on the dough surface.
4. Close the top cover, and tighten the top handle.
5. Push the Up button to finish pressing and dividing operation.
6. Open the cover, push the Down button to raise the cutter
base, and take out the divided dough.
C. Cleaning and Maintenance
1. After use, clean the pump, cutter base, cutter and the inside
surface of top cover.
2. Use cloth to dip vegetable oil to clean. Please use sunflower
oil and olive oil. Salad oil is not allowed.
