2. Position the machine in a well-ventilated area away from sparks, heat and open flames.

3. The air supply pressure must be 85 PSI and less, and the air must be free from contaminants such as water, dust, rust, tar, grease etc. The 8mm air tube of the user is required to connect！

4. To prevent damage to the diaphragm pump, an internal Air Pressure Regulator can be installed to limit the air pressure to precisely 85 PSI.

5. Do not touch the running parts during operation.

6. Wear protective gloves, goggles and other protective equipment during operation.

Start Switch

The start switch is of a mechanical pneumatic structure, is free of complex circuit components, and has low fault rate and high stability. It is easy to operate, explosion-proof and safe, and can stably operate in different working environments.
　

Air Blow Gun

The air blow gun can be directly connected with the compressed air pipe, quickly blows the cleaning solvent, impurities and water remaining in the spray gun, and greatly shortens the drying time. It is ergonomic, comfortable and multifunctional.
　

Wash Tank

The stainless steel wash tank is resistant to corrosion, rusting and leakage, and well adapts to the solvent environment. Multi-angle spray nozzles are designed for cleaning the spray guns and cups in different directions with 14 swirl action jets, and ensuring thorough cleaning with dead corners.
　

Pneumatic Diaphragm Pump

The pneumatic diaphragm pump can stably deliver the high-pressure solvent, ensuring the cleaning intensity of the spraying system. It is not prone to gaining or deformation in the oil-base paint environment and perfectly achieves circulating spraying of the solvent.
　

Lifting Handles

The high-strength lifting handles have high load capacity and are not prone to deformation or breakage after lone-term use. The handles meet the ergonomic standard, the edge is smooth and free of burrs, and the operation safety is greatly enhanced.
　

Fixtures

The durable fixtures can fix the spray guns or air blow gun firmly and safely, effectively preventing the spray guns from falling off while protecting the spray guns from scratches or damage through the rubber pads. The fixtures are easy to disassemble and replace.
　

1. Pre-cleaning:

(1) Disconnect the spray gun from the air hose. Pour paint from the cup (when present) into a 5 gallon pail (not supplied).

(2) Rinse the cup with solvent and pour into the same 5 gallon pail for later disposal or recycling

2. Cleaning of spray guns and cups:

(1) Loosen the air cap of the spray gun by two full turns.

(2) Lock the trigger in the open position with the Trigger Lock Spring.

(3) Plug the air inlet of spray gun with cap to prevent solvent from entering passage. Caps are supplied in the accessory kit.

(4) Place the spray guns facing corner jets. Placement depends on the type of spray gun (see below). Place cups onto the low spray jets and cup holders.

(5) Close the lid and push or pull the “Auto Wash Switch” button (some models are turn knobs), and push or pull it again to stop cleaning. The cleaning cycle recommends about 30-60 seconds.

3. After cleaning:

Remove the guns and cups from the tank and wipe them dry.
