| The electric wheel lifter is a
professional tire lifting tool specially designed for vehicle
maintenance and repair. It can be matched with car lifting
machines and is safe, reliable, efficient and universal. It can
be electrically driven to lift and move the tires stably and
quickly, making it an
efficient and labor-saving auxiliary device for tire mounting
and dismounting and wheel balancing tasks in the auto repair
shops, 4S centers and tire service stations.
Note: For
transportation safety, no batteries are included in the machine.
Customers should prepare two 12V 12Ah batteries for the machine. |

| 1. Do not expose the wheel
lifter to rain or wet environment so as not to cause fire or
electric shock. Low temperature will reduce the battery
capacity.
2. Do not exceed the rated
lifting capacity to avoid equipment damage or safety hazards.
3. Do not use the equipment
while charging. The charging time should be no more than 12
hours.
4. Do not stand under or near
the lifting mechanism during operation.
5. Do not stand on the lifting
platform during raising or lowering operations or movement.
6. Lower the lifter to the lowest
position, remove the wheel and turn off the power if not to use
for long time or stay overnight. |

Controller
The controller integrates the emergency stop switch, multiple
control buttons and state indicators, simplifying the control
process, achieving real-time monitoring of the working states
and improving the operation safety.

Push Handle
The ergonomic and integrated push
handle serves as both a sturdy grip for easy movement and a
protective guard for the control panel and column. Its robust
and one-piece design enhances overall equipment stability.

Safety Device
The ergonomic handle, lock rope and
hook are integrated to achieve a compact and reasonable layout,
effectively fix the tire in the lifting or moving process, and
improve the operation safety.

Supporting Mechanism
The double-roller supporting design
enables the tire to be placed stably, avoids hard contact with
the tire and protects the tire from scratch and wear. The
optimized roller distance and length can adapt to various tires.

Guide Mechanism
The
high-precision guide rail and high-strength stand column are
combined to ensure the lifting process is smooth and free of
shaking. The guide mechanism has high linear guide precision and
long service life.

Universal Wheels
The
universal wheels can rotate in all directions, allow the machine
to move and steer flexibly and effortlessly in different working
environments and ensure the machine is stably fixed through the
brake design.

1. Operation
(1) Turn on the power switch, the running indicator on the
control panel flashes and the lifter starts to work.
(2) Lift the wheel: Put the wheel on the front fork of the
lifter and secure it. Hold on the ↑ button until the tire
reaches the required position. Loosen the ↑ button. (Jog up the
upward button and the wheel will move up at a low speed). When
reaching the upper limit position, the upper indicator is on
with buzzer warning, and the lifter stops.
(3) Lower the wheel: Put the wheel on the front fork of the
lifter and secure it. Hold on the ↓ button to lower the wheel to
the required position. When reaching the lowest limit position,
the lower indicator is on with buzzer warning, and the lifter
stops.
2. Charging
(1) When the battery level shown on the control panel is lower
than 20%,the indicator flashes and the lifter should be charged.
(2) Connect the lifter with AC power. The charging indicator on
the control panel is on. Charging it for 6 hours, and the
indicator is off, meaning charging is finished. Turn off the
power switch at the bottom and unplug the AC power.
Note: The equipment does not work while charging.
