Touch Screen
The
7in touch screen is adopted to clearly display and freely adjust
the cutting parameters as needed, the program control, numerical
control and segment cutting modes can be flexibly chosen, the
operation intuition and efficiency are greatly improved, and
feedback and monitoring are achieved in real time. |

Cutting Blade
The cutting blade is made of alloy steel
materials, ensuring the blade is firm, durable and reliable. The
inclined blade design is adopted to cut the paper smoothly and
effortlessly. The red indication line can clearly indicate the
cutting position to facilitate observation and monitoring in
real time.

Infrared Photoelectric Sensor
The
left and right infrared photoelectric sensors are designed for
detecting objects in front of the cutting region in real time,

Cutting Buttons
The
double cutting buttons can be pressed with double hands of the
operator to cut the paper easily, achieving forced safety

Paper Pushing Adjuster
The
front paper pushing device adjusting knob is used for fine
adjustment of the paper pushing device as needed, ensuring the
high accuracy positioning and cutting consistency, flexibly
adapting to different cutting tasks, increasing the yield and
supporting the flexible production. |

Cabinet Body
The
bottom storage cabinet has high structural strength and
deformation resistance, can ensure the machine stability and

Operation
Method |
|
1. Before operating the machine, please read
the instruction carefully. Then remove the things on the machine
and clean the machine.
2. Insert the power plug into AC110V 60HZ
socket.
3. Turn the protective switch to ON position. The
display screen is on, and the indicative line appears. If there
is expression
‘PLEASE
RESET’
on the display screen, you need press the reset button once
more. The machine can be operated after the paper is pressed,
and the blade and paper pusher are calibrated automatically.
4. Put away paper stack or books in the
cutting area.
5. Start cutting after setting the cutting
size. Press left and right cutting buttons at the same time,
then the paper presser comes down to press paper. Cutting can be
done after pressing paper well and tightly. When you found
something wrong, stop pressing two cutting buttons at once. The
blade and paper presser will stop running. After everything goes
well, press the left and right buttons to make cutting
completely.
6.
After cutting is completed, clean the machine thoroughly. |
