11.8IN Stand Type Hot Cementing

| The machine is suitable for
adhesive coating and bonding of flat surfaces of shoes, leather
goods, stationery, leather luggage, sports equipment, cardboard
boxes and other items with a thickness of 0.5mm or above. The
soft roller can move up and down, is adjustable in pressure, and
can conduct adhesive coating of uneven, soft or hard materials
or materials with low front sides and high rear sides. The
temperature of the adhesive tank can be adjusted according to
the characteristics of the hot melt adhesive, and can
effectively prevent carbonization of the hot melt adhesive. The
machine adopts speed regulation control, and the adhesive
coating speed can be adjusted as needed. |

1. Use the 220V power supply.
There is no plug on the power cord. Please let a professional
electrician conduct wiring operation.
2. The effective grounding
wire must be connected to avoid the risk of electric shock.
3. After turning on the
machine, check whether the machine is abnormal, preheat the
machine for 20 minutes, then start the motor and adjust the
motor speed.
4. The machine has independent
temperature control over the roller and the glue tank. It is
generally recommended to control the temperature of the glue
tank (within the range of 150-170℃) and the roller (within the
range of 100-120℃), and adjust the temperature according to the
specific situation.
5. When the machine is not
working, you should adjust the soft roller to the highest
position and then turn off the motor and power supply.
6. When the machine is cleaned
and maintained, kerosene or white mineral oil should be used.
7. Be sure to pay attention to
safety when using the machine, and please immediately press the
emergency stop switch in case of danger. |

down and adjust the pressure, and can be used for gluing

Control Panel
The control panel is compact in structure and convenient to
operate, integrates the functions of motor speed regulation,
rubber roller temperature display, the glue tank temperature
regulation and emergency stop, improves the control precision
and efficiency and enhances the safety.

Rubber Roller
The rubber roller is designed for achieving uniform gluing of
various materials in different thicknesses and hardness. The
black knobs are used for adjusting the gluing space according to
the material to be glued, and the adaptability and the gluing
effect can be well improved.

Adjusting Knob
The adjusting knob is used for adjusting the gluing thickness,
ensuring the appropriate glue can be applied to the material and
improving the gluing uniformity and consistency.

Glue Tank
The glue tank can hold a large amount of hot melt glue,
effectively reduces the frequent addition of glue during
operation and greatly enhances the production efficiency.

| 1.
Place the machine on the flat ground, and ensure there is no
shaking.
2. Connect the power supply, turn
on the power switch, set the temperature of the adhesive tank
(generally at 150-170˚C) and the temperature of the large shaft
(knurled shaft) (generally at 100-120˚C), and adjust other
settings as needed.
3. Open the cover plate of the
adhesive tank and put the hot melt adhesive into it.
4. When the temperature of the
adhesive tank reaches 120˚C, press the motor start switch to
enable the motor to rotate, and simultaneously reduce the
temperature of the large shaft to be within the range of 60˚C
and 100˚C.
5. Adjust the thickness of the
adhesive according to the materials and requirements. Rotate the
adhesive adjusting handwheel clockwise to thicken the adhesive,
and rotate the adhesive adjusting handwheel counterclockwise to
thin the adhesive.
6. Adjust the gap between the
soft roller and the large shaft (knurled shaft) according to the
thickness of the material to be glued. Generally, it is
appropriate for the material to automatically pass through the
gap when the material is placed on the large shaft (knurled
shaft).
7. After everything is adjusted
to be normal, mass production can be conducted.
8. In case of emergency, press
the inching switch, and the motor will automatically rotate
reversely, and the material can automatically exit. |
