The automatic steel roller

| 1. The surface of the roller
should be kept clean. If it is found that the surface impurities
cannot be scrubbed off, the roller should be removed and
polished. In the process of operation, when the film adheres to
the roller, the machine stops, and then the machine can start
operation after the roller is cleaned. When cleaning the roller,
be careful to prevent the cloth or hands from squeezing in,
causing personal injury and roller damage.
2. When the machine is not working,
the rollers should be separated from each other, so that the
rubber rollers are in a loose state, so as to prevent the rubber
rollers from being damaged by compression deformation.
3. The connecting bolts of
each component should be checked frequently.
4. The machine must be
reliably grounded to prevent electric shock. |

temperature and clear digital display of the present temperature
and set temperature, and facilitates real-time monitoring of the
heating state during operation.

Conveyor Belt
The lengthened conveyor belt
mechanism is adopted to achieve automatic feeding of paper, the
feeding process is smooth and stable, and the conveying

Steel Roller

Adjusting Handwheel
The roller gap adjusting
handwheel can be used for controlling the two rollers to be
pressed together or separated from each other as needed, and the
wavy antislip edge meets the ergonomic standard and makes
rotation save more labor.

Tension Adjusting Mechanism
The tension adjusting mechanism
is used to achieve precision tension control of the film roll,
can automatically compensate for the tension fluctuation to
ensure the tension stability and uniform film lamination.

Assemble the machine correctly, and install the film roll, the
backing paper winding roll and the finished product winding roll
appropriately.
2. Connect the machine to the
110V power supply with reliable grounding.
3. Turn on the power switch, set the heating temperature as
needed, and the machine starts heating.
4. After the laminating
temperature reaches the set temperature, turn on the start button,
and the machine starts running.
5. Place the paper to be
laminated on the conveying platform, and the paper is
automatically fed into the machine and subjected to laminating
operation.
6. In the laminating process, the
backing paper can be automatically wound, and the finished
product is also automatically wound.
7. After accomplishing the
laminating operation, press the stop button, disconnect the
power supply, use the adjusting handwheel to separate the
rollers to avoid roller deformation, and clean the machine
thoroughly. |
