| The electric film cutting
machine is specifically designed for precisely cutting sheet
materials (e.g. PVC films, plastic sheets), paper (e.g.
insulating paper, fish paper) and films (e.g. reflective films,
plastic films) into pieces with the required size. It features
full automation, high precision and stability, touch control and
high compatibility. It is equipped with a touch control screen,
effectively setting and adjusting various parameters as needed.

Precaution |
| 1. Ensure the power supply
meets the power requirements of the machine, and reliable
grounding is achieved.
2. Ensure the width of the membrane
material does not exceed the rated width requirement, and align
the film roll with the unwinding shaft to ensure smooth feeding
without deviation.
3. When using the machine for
the first time or replacing new materials, conduct trial running
at a low speed. After confirming the feeding and cutting are
normal, increase the speed appropriately.
4. During operation, do not
put hands into the machine, do not touch the running parts, and
keep unrelated personnel away from the machine.
5. Before cleaning and
maintenance, turn off the power and unplug the machine.
6. Timely replace the parts
when the blade is blunt or cracks, and the rubber rollers are
seriously worn. |

Touch Control Screen
The LCD touch screen adopts a user-friendly human-computer
interaction interface, achieves precision setting and adjustment
of multiple cutting parameters, facilitates real-time display
and monitoring of the operating state and improves the
production automation and efficiency.

Cutting Assembly
The adjustable cutting blade set is
adjustable in cutting width, and adopts a precise guide rail and
locking structure to achieve firm positioning, ensuring the edge
of the cut film is flat and free of burrs, effectively improving
the cutting precision and effect.

Film Feeding Frame
The film feeding frame is designed
for stably supporting and reliably fixing the film roll and
preventing the film from deviation during feeding, has high
adaptability to various film rolls of different specifications
and ensuring high stability and feeding efficiency.

Film Discharging Assembly
The enlarged collecting plate is
matched with two L-shaped baffles, effectively collecting the
cut film sheets and preventing the film sheets from falling off.
The collecting plate is firm and durable, high in stability and
reliability, attractive in appearance and long in service life.

Guide Assembly
The three
parallel guide rollers are combined to form a stable film
feeding channel, effectively prevent the film from deviation,
wrinkle or stretching deformation and ensures smooth and uniform
feeding. The guide rollers are resistant to wear and corrosion,
flat and smooth. |

Supporting Pads
The elastic
supporting pads can effectively absorb the vibration during
operation, reduce the working noise and ensure the cutting
precision and feeding stability. The main unit can be stably
placed on the cabinet or other workbenches, and the
practicability is higher.

Cabinet
The detachable storage cabinet is
provided for stably supporting the main unit and safely storing
various materials. The cabinet has high structural strength and
rigidity, is free of shake or deformation during operation and
is suitable for various working environments.

Universal Wheels
The universal wheels make the
machine move freely in different working environments,
effectively enhancing the movement convenience and flexibility.
The brake design can stably fix the machine body and prevent the
machine body from moving during operation.

| 1.
Connect the machine to the 110V power supply with reliable
grounding. 2. Turn on the
power switch, turn the emergency stop switch in the direction of
arrows to reset, and the touch screen is on.
3. Set and adjust the cutting
parameters as needed, click on the start key, and the machine
begins automatic cutting operation.
4. After cutting is completed,
press the emergency stop switch, turn off the power switch and
unplug the machine.
5. Collect the finished products
and clean the machine thoroughly. |
