| The green banana peeling machine is a

the outer skin of green bananas and lady finger bananas. Its
features include: a manual feeding, automatic conveying and

curvature; and automatic separation and discharge of the peeled
flesh and skin for easy collection. The function of this

1. It is strictly
prohibited to touch the transmission or cutting parts with your
hands during operation.
2. Regularly add food-grade
lubricating oil to the bearings and transmission chain.
3. When the equipment
is to be stored for a long time, it should be dried and stored
to avoid corrosion.
4. Before feeding,
remove any moldy, overly soft, or severely deformed green
bananas to prevent clogging the peeling channel or affecting
peeling performance.
5. Never feed stones, metal, or other hard objects into the
inlet along with the bananas, as they may damage the peeling
rollers or transmission components
6. Maintain a uniform feeding rate during manual feeding. Avoid
putting too many bananas in at once, which may cause jamming or
motor overload.
7. After each use, promptly clean any remaining banana peels and
flesh residues from inside the machine to prevent mold and
bacterial growth, which could affect the next use.
8. If the machine produces unusual noises, excessive vibration,
or jamming occurs, immediately shut down and disconnect the
power, identify the cause, resolve the issue, and then restart. |

1. Connect the
power supply and check if all components are securely installed;
2. Start the
equipment for pre-operation and confirm there are no abnormal
sounds;
3. Place the
green bananas neatly into the feeding port to avoid stacking;
4. Start the
operation, and the equipment will automatically complete peeling
and discharging;
5. After use,
cut off the power supply, disassemble the washable parts and
rinse them clean with water. |
