| The vacuum oil filter cart
adopts the vacuum negative pressure principle and the
three-dimensional flash evaporation and thin-film evaporation
technology and conducts multi-stage precision filtration to
remove the moisture, gases and various impurities from
unqualified oil. It features the high water removal efficiency
and high filtration accuracy, and can quickly restore the
original performance indexes of the oil. The machine can be
widely used for purification and filtration of insulating oil,
hydraulic oil, turbine oil, lubricating oil and other industrial
oils in the industrial and mining enterprises such as steel
mills, power plants, petrochemical plants, machinery enterprises

| 1. The machine can work
under the conditions that the ambient temperature is -10˚~40˚C,
the humidity is ≤85%, and the altitude is ≤2500m.
2. If the oil inlet flow of the
machine decreases significantly, it indicates that the coarse
filter element inside the coarse filter has been clogged. Open
the "Oil Drain Valve" beneath the "Coarse Filter", drain all
oil, and then counterclockwise rotate and remove the stainless
steel coarse filter element for cleaning. Do not use a metal
brush to scrub the surface during cleaning. After cleaning, blow
the surface dry with compressed air and reinstall the coarse
filter element.
3. When the pointer of the
pressure gauge reaches 0.4MPa or so, the operator should stop
the machine, then open the "Oil Drain Valve" beneath the "Fine
Filter", drain all oil, then counterclockwise rotate and remove
the fine filter element, replace it with a new one and then use.
Otherwise, the machine may be damaged.
4. During operation, the
operator should regularly check the oil level of the vacuum pump
oil (maintain at 2/3 of the oil indicator). The operator should
add No. 100 vacuum pump oil if the level is lower than the
required oil level, and replace the oil promptly if the vacuum
pump oil is emulsified.
5. If the machine is to be
stored for a long time, the operator should drain all vacuum
pump oil, refill the machine with the No. 100 vacuum pump oil,
start the vacuum pump and run it for 20 minutes, and then stop
and store it. This operation can prevent the vacuum pump blades
from rusting and jamming which could lead to failure to start
next time.
6. The machine should be
stored in a dark, dry, dust-free and non-corrosive location.
7. The machine is tested with
ordinary used insulating oil before leaving the factory. If
other types of oil need to be filtered, please flush the machine
thoroughly before use, so as to prevent cross-contamination of
the oil. |

Frame System
The machine is of a movable frame structure, four casters are
installed at the bottom for convenient movement of the machine,
the structural stability and movement convenience are well
improved, and the practicability is higher.

Oil Delivery System
The oil delivery system comprises an oil inlet valve, oil inlet
solenoid valve, oil outlet pump, oil outlet valve, sampling
valve, oil drain valve and so on, and ensures the oil flows
normally. The oil delivery efficiency is well ensured.

Vacuum System
The vacuum system comprises a vacuum pump, vacuum gauge, vacuum
regulating valve and so on, and its function is to extract the
moisture and gases from the oil. The purity of the oil is
higher, and the quality of the oil is better.

Electric Control System
The control system comprises electrical components, an
electrical control cabinet and so on, and is the centralized
control center of the machine. Most of control components are
installed inside the electrical control cabinet.

1. Rotate the ''Emergency Stop/Reset" button clockwise, and the
temperature controller displays the current real-time
temperature. Press the "Vacuum Pump Start" button, and the
vacuum gauge on the gas-liquid separation tower shows the vacuum
degree inside the system.
2. When the pointer of the vacuum
gauge reaches -0.06MPa or so, open the "Oil Inlet Valve". After
observing the oil intake starting through the observation window
on the gas-liquid separation tower, open the "Oil Outlet Valve",
then press the "Oil Outlet Pump Start" button, and the oil will
be discharged from the oil outlet.
3. Adjust the opening of the
"Vacuum Regulating Valve". Once the pointer of the vacuum gauge
is kept at -0.08MPa or so, adjust the opening of the "Oil Inlet
Valve" to keep the oil level in the gas-liquid separation tower
balanced. The oil level or foam cannot exceed the observation
window on the gas-liquid separation tower.
4. After the oil inlet and outlet
cycle operates normally, press the "Heater Start" button. The
temperature controller on the electric control cabinet panel
displays the current real-time oil temperature, and the
temperature starts to rise gradually.
5. At this moment, oil intake and
discharge of the machine are normal, the heating system works
normally, and the machine enters the automatic operation state.
6. After the oil is circulated
and filtered, the moisture and various impurities are gradually
filtered away. Take an oil sample from the "Sampling Valve" for
testing. When sampling is conducted, the sampling container must
be cleaned and dried. Discharge a small amount of oil before
taking the sample for testing.
7. In case of emergency, press
the "Emergency Stop/Reset" button. After troubleshooting, rotate
the "Emergency Stop/Reset" button clockwise to release it and
restore the control power. Then operate the machine in
accordance with the Working Procedure for Startup again.
