1. Before shelling operation, all
personnel must undergo safety training to familiarize themselves
with the shelling machine's structure, performance and operation
method. 2. Personnel
must wear work clothes. Female workers must secure long hair
under a work cap and are prohibited from wearing scarves during
operations. Unauthorized personnel and minors are not allowed to
get close to the work area.
3. Before starting the
machine, the operators should completely check the shelling
machine, particularly all safety protection parts to ensure that
all the parts are not be loosened or lost, and are strictly
prohibited from violating the regulations to use it.
4. All tools, metal objects
and other things of the shelling machine are strictly prohibited
from being placed in the machine frame or feed hopper.
5. The shelling machine's
power supply must be connected or disconnected by a qualified
electrician, and it must be equipped with reliable grounding,
leakage protection and electric shock protection devices.
6. Before starting the
machine, the operator must issue the designated signal. The
shelling machine must run idle for 10-15 minutes to confirm no
abnormalities, and then uniform and continuous feeding operation
can be conducted. Before shutdown, idle operation should be
conducted for 5-10 minutes to clean away the kernels and shells
thoroughly.
7. During the operation of the
shelling machine, the operator should constantly pay attention
to its rotational speed, sound and bearing temperature rise. If
any abnormality is found, the machine should be stopped
immediately for inspection. Only after the problem has been
eliminated, can the operation continue.
8. After continuously working
for a day, the machine should be stopped to check the tightness
of components such as the removing rollers, screen body, and
each bearing seat, as well as the bolts, and all the parts
should be tightened at any time.
9. It is strictly prohibited
to carry out maintenance and debugging when the shelling machine
is in operation. It is strictly prohibited that the body and
other foreign objects approach the transmission parts.
10. When the shelling machine
is in operation, it is not allowed to insert hands or other
foreign objects into the feeding hopper of the shelling roller.
11. Before starting the
machine, the belt safety cover must be fully installed, and is
firm and reliable.
12. When the machine needs to
be adjusted, the machine must stop running, and should be
adjusted, restored and fixed. |
