| 1. Make sure that the
voltage and frequency indicated on the nameplate are the same as
your local supply. And the external grounding wire must be
reliably connected.
2. Electrical connection must be made by a qualified person in
accordance with applicable codes and regulations.
3. Ensure that the Switch is
turned off before the customer plugs in the unit.
4. Always keep children away
from this machine, PROHIBIT children from operating the machine.
5. Never touch the RUNNNING
Parts or insert hard ware into the machine.
6. Always unplug the machine
when assembling or disassembling the unit.
7. Never insert hands inside
the entrance, and use a food pusher when the cane is rolled into
the feed entrance if necessary.
8. The receiving box is made
of stainless steel, and there will be a little rust on the
solder joints due to moisture. Clean it before use.
9. Please open the slag outlet
before juicing! |

Control Box
The control box is of a compact structure and integrates
multiple buttons to achieve emergency stop protection, overload
protection and safety protection. It adopts the modularized
design, effectively reducing the maintenance cost and improving
the operation convenience.

The 3-phase induction motor can
provide high torque output to easily adapt to high-resistance
load during sugarcane juicing, has high continuous operation
capacity, reliable and durable structure and low energy

Juicing Rollers
The stainless steel juicing rollers
are resistant to corrosion and free of heavy metal
precipitation, meeting the food hygiene standard and avoiding
juice pollution. The rollers adopts the fine toothed line
design, increasing the juicing rate to about 70% and reducing
the material waste.

Juice and Bagasse Outlets
The outlets are designed for
independently discharging bagasse and juice, achieving efficient
bagasse and juice separation, preventing the juice from
pollution and improving the collection convenience and
efficiency. The outlets are easy to disassemble and clean.

1. Wash the cane.
Step 2. Clean the 3 rollers and
the juice box (to prevent odor and impurities in sugarcane
juice).
Step 3. Cut the cane into short
pieces.
Step 4. Connect the machine to
the 220V power supply.
Step 5. Turn on the unit before
inserting the cane into the entrance.
Step 6. After use, clean the unit
and unplug it. |
