This equipment is a vertical electroplating solution filter designed specifically for the electroplating industry. Precautions
1. Power Matching
Before use, confirm that the power supply is 220V 50/60Hz single-phase, the voltage is stable, and the socket is properly grounded to prevent motor burnout.

2. Stable Installation
Place the equipment on a flat, dry, and well-ventilated surface. Avoid tilting or shaking to prevent resonance or leakage during pump operation.

3. Inlet Pipeline Inspection
Before starting the self-priming pump, ensure the inlet pipeline is well-sealed with no air leaks. The pipeline must be pre-filled with liquid (especially after initial use or prolonged downtime), otherwise the pump may fail to draw liquid properly.

4. Never Start the Pump without Liquid
Do not start the pump without liquid. Dry running will damage the mechanical seal due to dry friction and may even burn out the pump.

5. Filter Element Installation
When installing the 6 filter elements, confirm the specifications match (e.g., 20 inches). The sealing rings at both ends of each filter element must be properly positioned and tightened to prevent liquid from bypassing the filter elements and flowing out unfiltered.

6. Pressure Monitoring
Regularly observe the pressure gauge on the filter machine during operation. When the pressure rises significantly, it indicates the filter elements are clogged and need timely cleaning or replacement.

7. Liquid Temperature
The pump body and filter elements are made of FRPP. The applicable liquid temperature shall not exceed 70℃ (158℉). High-temperature liquids may cause deformation or leakage.

8. Prevent Corrosive Liquid Leakage
Electroplating solutions are often corrosive. Before use, inspect all connections, sealing rings, and pipelines for damage to prevent liquid leakage that could corrode the equipment or injure personnel.

9. Regular Filter Element Cleaning
Regularly remove the filter elements for cleaning or replacement according to the level of contamination in the solution. Severe clogging will affect flow rate and increase the pump load.

10. Motor Protection
Protect the motor from moisture or water spray. Do not rinse the motor directly with water during cleaning to prevent short circuits or insulation damage.

11. Abnormal Shutdown
If the unit produces ‌unusual noise, excessive vibration, reduced flow, or abnormal pressure increase‌, stop operation immediately, disconnect power, and inspect the pump, piping, and filters. Resume only after resolving the issue.

12. Long-Term Shutdown
When not in use for an extended period, drain any residual liquid from the pump body and pipelines. Clean the filter elements, let them dry, and store them in a dry place to prevent bacterial growth or component corrosion.

Operating Instructions
1,Confirm that the installation site is level, dry, and far away from fire sources. Also, ensure that the site has good ventilation conditions to facilitate the heat dissipation of the equipment and the discharge of harmful gases.

2,Check whether all components of the equipment are in good condition, and inspect for any damage or looseness in valves, pressure gauges, pipelines, etc. Prepare the appropriate pipeline accessories, sealing tapes, and other installation materials.

3,Place the equipment steadily on the installation site. Use the fixing holes at the bottom of the equipment and expandable bolts to fix the equipment to the ground, preventing any shaking during operation.

4,Pipeline connection: The connection points should be wrapped with sealing tape to ensure a tight seal without any leakage. The pipeline route should be as smooth as possible to avoid excessive bends.

5,Professional electricians will connect the motor to the power supply according to the voltage and power parameters of the equipment, ensuring that the circuit wiring is firm and the insulation is good. At the same time, an earth leakage protection device will be installed.

6,Before starting the machine, perform a check. Ensure that all valves are in the correct initial position. Typically, the liquid inlet valve and outlet valve should be closed, while the slag discharge valve should be open. Check if the pointer on the pressure gauge has returned to zero and confirm that there is no blockage in the pipeline.

7,During operation, regularly check for any leaks in the pipelines and ensure that the valves are functioning properly. In case of abnormal pressure increase or decrease, or abnormal noises from the equipment, immediately stop the machine to troubleshoot the problem.

8,Shutdown operation: First, close the inlet valve to stop the drug liquid input. Let the equipment continue to run for 1-2 minutes to discharge the remaining drug liquid in the pipeline. Then, close the outlet valve. Finally, turn off the equipment power supply and cut off the circuit.
