Preparation before processing:
1,According
to the size of the cashew nuts you want to process, adjust the
gaps of the 6 shell-pulling heads successively. The gap should
be controlled at 0.8-0.9 times the diameter of the cashew nut.
For smaller cashew nuts, reduce the gap; for larger ones,
increase it. This ensures that the shells can be opened without
crushing the nuts.
2,Check
the bolt connections, the tightness of the transmission belt,
and the installation of the protective cover of the equipment to
ensure they are all normal. Add an appropriate amount of
lubricating oil to the transmission parts and confirm that the
power supply is grounded normally.
3,Pre-select
the cashew nuts as raw materials in advance, picking out stones,
metals, and damaged nuts to avoid damaging the equipment and
affecting the quality of the finished product.
Find the adjustment device: Each shelling
station is equipped with an independent gap adjustment bolt/nut,
usually located on the side or base of the shelling head. By
loosening the locking nut, the gap can be adjusted.
Adjust at each station: First, measure
the diameter of the cashew nut with a ruler, calculate the
target gap, then change the gap size by tightening/loosening the
adjustment bolt. Use a feeler gauge to confirm that the gap
meets the standard, then tighten the locking nut to fix it. For
6 stations, each needs to be adjusted individually to ensure
that the gaps are consistent at all stations.
Verify fine-tuning during testing: After
the adjustment is completed, first process 10-20 nuts of the
corresponding specification. Check the shell-breaking effect: if
the shell is not broken completely, reduce the gap by 0.5mm; if
the percentage of cracked kernels exceeds 5%, increase the gap
by 0.5mm until the effect is satisfactory.
Power-on operation procedure
1,Start
the machine without loading any nuts for 3 to 5 minutes to
observe whether the equipment is running smoothly, whether the 6
shell-peeling heads are operating normally, and whether there
are any abnormal sounds or jams. Once everything is confirmed to
be normal, start feeding the nuts.
2,When
feeding, evenly distribute the cashews to the 6 workstations at
a constant speed. Do not load a large amount of nuts at once to
avoid blockage at any workstation.
3,During the processing,
constantly observe the separation of the shell and the kernel.
If you find that the damage rate of the kernels increases,
immediately stop the machine and re-adjust the shell-peeling gap
of the corresponding workstation. |
