1. Before turning on the grinding machine,
lubricate all external parts of the machine tool. Check whether the
headstock is securely locked to the
column and whether the column is securely locked to the base. Verify
that
the electrical system is functioning
normally.
2. When adjusting the grinding wheel
vertically, first loosen the locking handle on the headstock. Turn the
handle.
3. The grinding machine's electrical
system consists of one motor, one switch, and connecting cables. The
switch controls reverse, forward, and
stop functions. With only one motor as the load, the user's power
supply must match the motor's
specifications.
4. After operation, please remove
fixtures, promptly clean metal chips and debris from the worktable
surface,
and apply machine oil to unpainted
surfaces to prevent rust. |
