| The automatic paper box folding
and forming machine is specifically designed for folding and
forming lock bottom boxes and tuck top boxes, and can
automatically accomplish the working procedures of box suction,
shaping, bottom/flap folding and box discharging instead of
manual folding operation. It features a stainless steel machine
body, an intelligent control system and a pneumatic driving
system. It can be operated by a single worker to achieve the
workflow of manual box placement, automatic box folding and box
discharge, substantially improving the packaging efficiency,
saving time and labor and enhancing the packaging uniformity and
effect. The automatic paper box folding and forming machine can
be widely applied to the industries of food, daily chemical,
medical, e-commerce, packaging and so on and is suitable for
folding and forming various paper boxes, such as express boxes,
cosmetic boxes, food gift boxes, medicine boxes and snack boxes. |

| 1. There is no air
compressor included in the packing list. Customers should use
their own air compressors.
2. There is a transformer
included in the packing list. The operator can connect the
machine to the 110V power supply through the transformer. The
machine must be reliably grounded.
3. Do not put hands or tools
into the folding and forming region during operation.
4. Do not touch the running
parts during operation.
5. Ensure the paper boxes have
clear indentations, are free of damage, warping or adhesion, and
the specifications of the paper boxes do not exceed the
applicable range of the machine.
6. If a fault occurs,
immediately press the emergency stop switch to stop the machine
and troubleshoot the machine. |

Touch Screen
The intelligent touch screen is matched with a PLC intelligent
control system, supports storage and setting of multiple carton
parameters, achieves friendly human-computer interaction and has

Folding Mechanism
The folding mechanism is of a
precision mechanical structure and can accurately accomplish
folding and sealing operation, the folding effect is excellent,
the qualification rate is higher, and high-speed continuous
operation can be well achieved.

Sensor
The high-quality sensor has high
detection precision and positioning precision, can give a quick
response to the instructions, well adapts to folding and forming
operation of various cartons and is resistant to electromagnetic
interference.

Filter Regulator
The filter regulator integrates a
pressure gauge and a pressure adjusting knob, can clearly
display and accurately adjust the air pressure, provides stable
and constant air pressure, effectively filters away the
impurities and prolongs the service life.

Adjusting Mechanism
The
linear guide rail and sliding table are combined to achieve
smooth feeding and precise positioning. The black adjusting
handle is used to achieve quick adjustment, greatly improving
the adjustment convenience and reliability.

Supporting Mechanism
The
universal wheels are designed for achieving convenient movement
of the machine and adapting to different working environments.
The adjustable supporting legs are adopted to stably support the
machine and reduce vibration of the machine.

| 1.
Connect the machine to the air source and power supply with
reliable grounding.
2. Check the machine and ensure
all parts are intact and the machine can operate normally.
3. Turn on the power switch, the
touch screen starts and the machine enters the standby state.
4. Set and adjust folding
parameters on the touch screen as needed.
5. Adjust the feeding mechanism
and folding mechanism to adapt to the carton to be folded.
6. Place 1-2 cartons to conduct
trial folding operation, and observe the folding effect.
7. After the trial folding effect
is good, conduct normal production operation.
8. Place cartons on the material
frame orderly and neatly, click on the Start key on the touch
screen, and the machine automatically conducts the whole
production process.
9. After folding all the cartons,
turn off the power switch and disconnect the power supply and
air supply. |
