Installation and Trial
Operation |
|
1. Install the frame rolling wheels. Fix the
four wheels at the bottom corners of the frame properly.
2. Place the machine on the machine frame and
step on the frame rolling wheel brakes with your foot.
3. Use a cross-head screwdriver to open the
cover plate on the top of the machine. Then fix the trimming
knife and the cover plate. After fixing, put them aside and wait
for the final installation.
4. Install and fix the inner hexagon screws
on the front, back, left and right sides of the machine body.
After fixing, close the cover plate just now and fix it with
screws.
5. Install the table plate at the thorn
feeding inlet of the thorn removing machine. After installation,
plug one end of the power cord into the machine and the other
end into the power supply.
6. Press the switch to start the operation
test. Check if the sound is normal and make sure there is no
abnormal noise.
7. Confirm again that the frame rolling wheel
brakes are locked to ensure that the thorn removing machine
cannot move back and forth.
8. After all the above steps are completed,
you can carry out the thorn removing test. |

Operation
Method |
|
Step 1: In the thorn removing process, before
processing the roses, remove the binding ropes of the roses and
use steel scissors to cut away the overlong parts of the flower
stalks.
Step 2: Connect the machine to the 110V power
supply, and then turn on the power switch.
Step 3: Hold the topmost ends of the flower
materials with both hands. Insert the middle and lower parts of
the flower stalks into the machine box and move them back and
forth. At the same time, roll the flower materials up and down.
Control the thorn removing length according to your needs.
Step 4: In the bevel cutting process, hold
the topmost ends of the flower materials with one hand. Place
the flower stalks at the trimming knife and press the trimming
knife. Control the length by yourself. |
