| This 110V/60Hz, 3kW automatic linear
ultrasonic tube sealing and filling machine is equipped with a
50L large-capacity hopper, a gear pump filling system, and 14
sets of 30mm molds per machine. It is a high-quality,
high-performance liquid and paste filling and sealing packaging
machine for containers. The machine features automatic tube
feeding, automatic color mark detection, automatic filling,
automatic tube sealing, automatic cutting, and automatic output
of finished products. Its features include: gear pump filling
ensures accurate metering with no dripping; ultrasonic sealing
technology provides strong, airtight seals with neat cuts; the
large hopper reduces frequent material refills, improving
continuous production efficiency. The machine is suitable for
industries such as daily chemicals, pharmaceuticals, food, and
chemicals, including the filling and sealing of various plastic
tubes or aluminum-plastic tubes for products such as toothpaste,

1. When the equipment is
running, keep hands or any other part of the body away from the
mold and cutter to prevent crushing or cutting injuries.
2. After replacing the mold, a frequency sweep must be performed
to match the frequency; otherwise, equipment damage may occur.
3. The surface of the color mark sensor must be kept clean and
unobstructed; otherwise, detection accuracy may be affected,
resulting in inaccurate sealing positioning.
4. Regularly clean residual material from the mold and filling
head to prevent clogging and corrosion, effectively extending
the service life of key components. |

Pressure
Gauge
The pressure gauge displays real-time pressure values of the
pneumatic system, helping operators precisely adjust the sealing
compression force. It ensures uniform and appropriate pressure
on the tube tail, preventing sealing deformation caused by
excessive pressure or inadequate sealing due to insufficient
pressure, thereby ensuring consistent and reliable sealing
quality. |
Heat Dissipation Vent
The machine is equipped with heat dissipation vents that
effectively dissipate heat generated by internal electrical
components during operation, preventing overheating inside the
chassis that could lead to performance degradation or failure,
thereby extending the equipment's service life and ensuring
long-term operational stability. |
Filling Detection Photoelectric Sensor
The filling detection photoelectric sensor is used to monitor in
real time whether a tube is in place. It responds quickly and
ensures that filling is triggered only when a tube is detected,
preventing material waste or contamination caused by filling
without a tube in place, thereby ensuring the accuracy and
reliability of the filling process. |

Air Cylinder
The smooth operation of the cylinder is directly related to the
strength and consistency of the seal, making it a key component
for ensuring automated continuous production of the equipment.
This screw adjusts the tightness of the cylinder, ensuring that
the tube receives appropriate pressure during the sealing
process, thereby achieving a smooth and secure seal. If the
cylinder clamps too tightly, the sealing effect will be
adversely affected. |
Mold
Nylon mold material is wear-resistant, heat-resistant, and
chemically stable, effectively withstanding wear from
high-frequency vibration and thermal stress in automatic linear
ultrasonic sealing and filling machines, thus extending service
life; its self-lubricating property reduces component friction,
improves sealing accuracy and operational stability, and
prevents scratching of tubes, ensuring product appearance
quality. |
Handle
This handle is an embedded flat spring-loaded industrial lock,
featuring convenient and effortless operation, reliable locking
performance, as well as excellent waterproof and dustproof
capabilities. |

1. Connect the 110V power supply and air supply, then place the
tubes into position.
2. Calibrate the color mark sensor to ensure accurate detection
positioning.
3. Set the filling volume, running speed, and sealing time on
the touchscreen.
4. After replacing the mold, press the ultrasonic button and the
device will automatically complete the frequency sweep matching.
5. Turn on the function switches and press the "RUN" button; the
device will operate automatically.
6. After production is completed, press the "STOP" button, turn
off the power and air supply, and clean the equipment. |
