The automatic desktop conveyor table capping
machine is a professional cap rubbing and pressing integration
machine for capping different bottle shapes in the industries of
food, daily chemical, pesticide, cosmetics and so on. It has the
advantages of attractive appearance, high capping speed,
sensitive operation and high qualification rate. The operator
only needs to put the bottle cap on the bottle mouth. The bottle
cap is automatically tightened by the cap rubbing wheel during
the bottle moving forward. The machine can be combined with the
labelling machine, filling machine and conveyor to form
production lines, and can also be independently used.
Note that the air pressure should
reach 0.6MPa to work normally. Please ensure the air pressure of
the air pump when the machine is working.

only sell the machine, do not match the air compressor, and
customers need to use their own air compressors.) |

3. Do not put your hands on the capping wheel and the capping
head when working, and pay attention to personal safety.
4.When there is a problem with the machine, press the emergency
stop button directly to suspend all work. |

adjusting the sensitivity of the sensor electric eyes according

Operation
Method |

Capping process:
bottle entry → bottle separation → capping → bottle
discharge
A. Place the bottles on the conveyor
belt.
B. Bottle separation cylinder obstructs
and releases the bottles.
C. The capping motor is working.
D. After capping, the bottles are
transported to the rear of the conveyor belt. |
