| The chain plate cap feeder
machine can feed bottle caps automatically at the adjustable
working speed. It realizes automatic lifting, sorting and
orientated conveying of Φ4-7cm bottle caps through the stepped
conveyor belt and adjustable cap guide rail structure. It is
good to work with capping machines, filling machines and other
equipment to form production lines, and helps customers save
labor and reduce production errors. The chain plate cap feeder
can be widely applied to bottled product automatic production in
the industries of food, daily chemical, beverage, etc. |

6. There is no air compressor
included in the packing list. Customers should use their own air

The control panel integrates the power switch, time relay and
speed regulator, achieving simple operation, precision time
control and stepless speed regulation, meeting different

Hopper
The large-capacity stainless steel
hopper is firm, durable, resistant to corrosion and easy to
clean, and can hold more bottle caps, avoiding frequent feeding,
remarkably improving the production efficiency and ensuring
smooth feeding and conveying through the slope design.

Conveyor Belt
The conveyor belt is of an
interlocked modular chain plate structure, is tight in joint and
stable to operate, has high structural strength and load
capacity and meets the continuous operating demand. It has
adjustable conveying speed, low operating noise and high
conveying stability.

Driving Motor
The high-performance driving motor
has high torque and low noise, can still run stably and
continuously under the full load working condition, and can also
be matched with the speed regulator to achieve stepless speed
regulation. It is reasonable in structure and low energy
consumption.

Air Blowing Unit
The air
blowing unit can accurately blow the bottle caps on the conveyor
chain plate to enter the guide rail, ensuring continuous feeding
of bottle caps while protecting the bottle caps from scratches
and damage.

Solenoid Valve

high-quality solenoid valve is simple in structural design,
stable and reliable in performance and low in fault rate, gives
a quick response to air blowing instructions and well avoids the
cap jamming and missing problem caused by misoperation. |

Guide Rail
The arc-shaped guide rail is
designed for guiding the bottle caps to slide out stably and
smoothly, reducing the falling impact force and protecting the
bottle caps from deformation. The guide rail can be easily
adjusted to adapt to different machines in the production lines.

Tilting Adjustor
The tilting angle of the machine
body can be effectively adjusted through the tilting adjustor to
adapt to different production lines, the stability and
reliability can be well ensured, and the tilting adjustor is
firm and durable and is not prone to deformation.

Ensure the machine base is placed stably.
2. Connect the power and air supply,
and turn on the power switch.
Voltage: Single-phase 110V.
Air pressure: Stable between 0.4-0.6MPa.
3. Adjust the speed regulator on
the control panel.
4. Set the timer relay (the
conveyor belt stops when the bottle cap is detected).
5. Adjust the guide rail
orientation so it can aligns perfectly with the top of the
bottle opening.
6. Pour bottle caps into the
hopper and starts conveying the bottle caps. |
