| The automatic labelling machine
is designed for labelling the tops and sides of various
products, such as canned food, red wine bottles and beverage
bottles. It integrates the functions of automatic conveying,
precise positioning and fixed-point labelling, and has a compact
structure and high adaptability. The automatic labelling machine
can be combined with different packaging devices to form
automatic assembly lines and is suitable for the industries of
food, daily chemical, electronics, etc.
Note: There is no
air compressor in the packing list. Customers should use their
own air compressors. |

| 1. Place the machine on the
flat ground, and keep it away from electromagnetic interference
and heat source.
2. Ensure the power supply
conforms to the nameplate of the machine, and reliable grounding
is achieved.
3. Correctly install the label
roll to avoid label folds and damage.
4. Do not touch the running
parts during operation. Do not put hands or tools into the
machine during operation.
5. Do not touch the
photoelectric detection eye with your hands during machine
operation to prevent the machine from mis-sensing and
mislabeling.
6. When the machine has
problems, press the emergency stop button directly to suspend
all work.
7. After turning off the power
switch, there is still voltage in some circuits in the
electrical control system of the machine. When servicing the
control circuit, be sure to unplug the power cord. |

labelling and fixed-point labelling modes, can display the
running state of the machine in real time, is easy to operate
and control and has high anti-interference performance.

Speed Regulators
The double speed regulators are
designed for controlling the speeds of conveyor belt and label
feeding mechanism correspondingly, adopt the knob design to
improve the operation convenience, and substantially enhance the
labelling precision.

Label Feeding Mechanism
The label feeding mechanism adopts
the modular design, can feed different labels stably and

adopted to detect the labels accurately and quickly, and is

Conveyor Belt
The chain plate type conveyor
belt can stably convey different bottles or products at
different speeds, making each product enter the labelling
