1. For the safety of the experiment, please install the external
grounding device, and choose the power leakage protection device
that matches the equipment.
2. The device is strictly prohibited from being used in the
experiments of inflammable, explosive, highly toxic and
corrosive substances.
3. Place the device on the dry platform or ground, and keep
＞50cm distance away from the wall.
4. Put the experimental items on the tray as needed, connect the
power supply, turn on the switch, set the required temperature
according to the intelligent instrument operation instructions.
5. Turn off the power and keep it dry and clean when the device
is not in use.
6. Please read carefully the operation manual before operation.
7. Do not touch the running parts during operation. Do not put
hands into the machine during operation. |

1. Sturdy structure: The shell is
made of high-quality cold-rolled steel plates, and the shell
surface is subjected to electrostatic spraying treatment. The
inner chamber is made of stainless steel or galvanized steel
plates, and is attractive and corrosion-proof.
2. Multiple safety protection: The
industrial forced air drying oven features safety and
practicality, has multiple safety protection functions including
independent over-temperature protection, timing alarm,
over-temperature alarm and current indication. It also offers a
series of practical functions such as over-temperature power
cut-off, over-power protection and real-time current monitoring.
3. Effective heating: The dryer
adopts a vertical structure, featuring convenient operation and
easy use. With three-side heating, high-power fan air supply and
three-air-duct circulation, it ensures more uniform internal
temperature.
4. Convenient dehumidification:
Moisture discharge holes are designed at the top of the machine,
which greatly increases the drying speed.
5. Constant temperature: Forced
air circulation is achieved by the fans, and a double-door
structure is adopted to achieve good sealing. |

Temperature Controller
The temperature controller is designed for clear digital display
and flexibly setting of the temperature, achieving precision
temperature control and improving the temperature stability.

Super-temperature Protector
The super-temperature protector can
conduct independent temperature monitoring, effectively avoids
the over-temperature risk and improves the operation safety and
reliability.

Double Doors
The double doors can be
independently opened and closed by independent fixing buckles as
needed, and the transparent observation windows are used for
real-time monitoring of the drying state.

Trays
Two high-strength square trays are
provided for stably supporting the objects in the inner chamber,
and the mesh design allows the hot air to circulate and improves
the drying effect.

Supporting Strips
The
multiple symmetrical supporting strips are designed for
effectively supporting the trays, can be selected freely to meet
different supporting requirements and are firm and safe.

Universal Wheels
The
machine can flexibly move in different working environments
through the universal wheels, and the movement convenience and
practicability are greatly enhanced.

| 1. Fix
the machine on the flat and stable ground, connect it to the
power supply consistent with the specifications of the machine,
and ensure the machine is reliably grounded. Please select a
switch with the leakage protection function.
2. After power-on, the power
indicator on the machine will light up, indicating the machine
is in a power-on state. Press the start button, the internal AC
contactor will start, and the operation indicator will light up.
Turn on the temperature control switch, the instrument will be
powered on and enter the working status, and you can set the
temperature as required.
3. If you need to activate the
over-temperature power-off protection device, please turn on the
over-temperature protection switch, and adjust the temperature
of the super-temperature protector to a value slightly higher
than the temperature set on the temperature control instrument
(generally 10-20˚C higher).
4. During operation, the ammeter
will display the safe current status of the machine. If any
abnormality occurs, please troubleshoot and resolve it in a
timely manner.
5. When stopping the machine,
please turn off the temperature control switch, then press the
stop button, and finally disconnect the power supply. |
