1. The dough mixer is not equipped with a plug. Please ask a
professional electrician to connect the machine to the power supply. |

2. Prohibit reversed mixing of dough. Turn the switch
to the gear 1 to
mix the dough. Turn the switch to the gear 2 to take the dough out.
It is suggested that the barrel can be turned over before the dough is
taken out. |

3. Be sure to close the cover in the working process, otherwise the
machine will not work. If the machine does not run after the power is
turned on, you can see the label on the left side of the top of the
machine, operate the machine according to the label and slightly press
the corresponding small iron piece upwards. |

4. When the barrel is cleaned, it should
be noted that the gaps of the screws in the barrel and the gaps on both
sides of the shaft should not be dug. Do not soak in water for a long
time. Please wipe off the water after cleaning is completed. |

Operation
Method |

1. Open the
package, take out the items in the barrel and check whether the
machine is intact.
2. Check whether
the power supply voltage meets the requirement of the machine.
3. Switch on the
power to check if the machine is working properly.
4. Turn off the
machine, pour flour and water into the mixing barrel and close
the cover. Turn on the power switch to start mixing.
5.
After the dough is formed, turn off the power, open the cover,
tilt the mixing barrel and take the dough out. |
