Marinating Barrel
The 150L large-capacity circular
marinating barrel can hold about 85kg materials, has good
sealing performance and can be rotated to achieve quick
marinating operation. The food materials can make mutual
friction and collision in the bidirectional rotating process so
that the seasoning can enter the food quickly and sufficiently.

Control Valve
The mechanical control valve is
designed for effectively controlling the vacuumizing operation,
well meeting the vacuum sealing demands of the marinator, and
improving the marinating effect. The vacuum tube can be hung on
the side wall to be stably fixed when it is not used. Tube
connection is quick and effortless.

Roller Shaft Base
The crafted roller shaft base is
installed on the marinator and can effectively support the
roller shaft to smoothly rotate. The direct contact between the
roller shaft and the support is avoided, the wear and friction
of the roller shaft are greatly reduced, and the roller shaft
can be effectively protected from deviation and shaking during
operation. |

Guide Plate
The inclined
guide plate is firm and durable, resistant to wear and corrosion
and not prone to deformation. It can receive the marinated
materials discharged from the marinating barrel and guide the
materials to enter the marinating basket, effectively preventing
material splashing and improving the discharging reliability.

Marinating Baskets
The
marinating machine is equipped with two high-quality marinating
baskets. The raw materials and the marinated food can be placed
in the baskets separately, thereby well ensuring the food
hygiene. The marinating baskets can be well matched with the
marinator, so that the practicability is greatly improved. |

Open the barrel cover and load the marinating barrel with food
materials to be marinated.
2. After loading, close the barrel cover to prevent the marinade
from leakage.
3. Connect the machine to the
110V power supply with reliable grounding, and press the power
button.
4. Connect the vacuum tube and
open the control valve. Press the vacuum key to conduct
vacuumizing operation. The vacuum time is the default and does
not need to be changed. It stops automatically when the time is
up. The general vacuum value is 0.03-0.06. (When vacuum
treatment is conducted, the barrel needs to face up, the barrel
may shrink in this process, and it is a normal phenomenon.)
5. Close the control valve and
remove the vacuum tube.
6. Start pickling and set the
pickling time. For example, if the display is 15:00, long press
the Time key for 3 seconds, the number "15" in the front will
flash, and press the arrow on the second side to add or subtract
the number. Press the Time key again, the number "00" will
flash, and the number will be increased or decreased in the same
way. Press the Time key to save the time. Once you start curing,
press the Time key again.
6. Press
the start/stop key, the marinator can automatically run
according to the program.
7. After the set time is up,
press the power key for 3 seconds, disconnect the power supply, open the cover, discharge the
marinated materials to the guide plate and collect the material
with the basket or container. |
