Hydraulic Oil Drum Carrier |
| The manual hydraulic drum
carrier is a light loading, unloading, carrying and stacking
tool specifically designed for steel/plastic oil drums. It
adopts the manual hydraulic pump to provide the lifting force,
is free of external power supply and has the advantages of
simple structure, labor saving, high efficiency and high
flexibility. The manual hydraulic drum carrier can be widely
applied to factories, warehouses, petrol stations, chemical
workshops and other places and can achieve safe and effortless
transfer of oil drums. |

| 1. Never overload the cart
beyond its rated capacity.

position when it is not lifted.
3. Raise slightly the drum on
the ground when transiting the drum. Do not lift it higher. |

Oil Cylinder
The hydraulic oil cylinder has a compact structure and high
reliability, the labor is greatly saved through the lever
principle, and lifting, carrying and stacking of oil drums can
be easily accomplished by a single person.

Eagle Beak Clamp
The eagle beak clamp is designed for automatically clamping the
oil drum in the lifting process, has high rigidity and
durability, is firm, safe and reliable during clamping, and
effectively prevents the oil drum from falling off.

Supporting Leg
The supporting leg is of a telescopic structure, can stretch out
and draw back as needed, keeps the carrier body stable and
balanced, improves the safety and effectively avoids accidents.

Universal Wheels
The universal wheels are adopted to allow the carrier to move to
different working environments, the movement convenience is
greatly enhanced, and the carrier can also be fixed through the
brakes.

1.
Lift the drum
Move the drum handler to the front of the drum for closing the
front part of the support and clamp machine with the drum, and
then step on the brakes of rear wheels. The upper hook of the
support and clamp machine rotate down to clamp the drum after
stepping on the pedal lever, and go on stepping, the drum will
be raised.
2. Transport the drum
Release the brakes after raising the drum, push the handle of
the base track frame assembly, and then move the drum.
Notice: For the sake of safety, it is recommended to move the
drum while the drum’s position is as low as possible.
3. Put down the drum
After moving the drum to the destination, slowly release the
degressive valve lever until the drum stands on the ground,
release the drum from the upper hook of the support and clamp
machine, and then screw the degressive valve lever.
Notice: For the sake of safety, it is recommended to release the
degressive valve lever as slow as possible while putting down
the drum. |
