2. Before peeling, remove leaves of pineapples, ensure the size of pineapples is uniform, and avoid peeling too hard or deformed fruits.

3. Wear work clothes and protective gloves during operation.

4. During clamping the pineapple, ensure the center of the pineapple aligns with the clamps to avoid the uneven peeling effect or equipment damage caused by eccentricity.

Control Panel

Machine Body

The machine body is made of high-quality stainless steel, is firm and durable in structure, small in occupied space, good in supporting effect, low in maintenance cost and easy to clean.
　

1. Connect the machine to the air compressor and the 110V power supply with reliable grounding.

2. Remove the leaves of the pineapple to be peeled, place the bottom center of the pineapple on the lower clamp and hold it with hands if necessary.

3. Rotate the emergency stop switch clockwise to pop it up, and turn the speed knob to adjust the peeling speed as needed.

4. Press the Start button, and the upper clamp moves downwards to press the top center of the pineapple.

5. The pineapple rotates along with the lower clamp, and the peeling cutter moves downwards to peel the pineapple.

6. After peeling, press the emergency stop switch, the lower clamp stops rotating, and the upper clamp moves upwards and releases the peeled pineapple, and the operator can take down the pineapple.

7. Repeat the steps 2-6 until all pineapples are peeled.

8. Disconnect the power supply and air compressor, and clean the machine thoroughly.
