Overview |
|
The interlayer of the stainless steel reaction
kettle can be filled with different cold and hot circulating
solutions, and the reactants can be stirred and react with each
other under the normal or negative pressure conditions in the
sealed container. It is an ideal experimental pilot device for
modern biological pharmacy and fine chemical synthesis. The
reaction kettle is made of 316 stainless steel and adopts the
advanced variable-frequency speed regulation. The internal
components have vacuum coating protection, and are resistant to
corrosion. The mechanical sealing is achieved, and the discharge
valve can discharge concentrated liquid and trace solid
materials. The reaction kettle can be used in conjunction with
multi-purpose circulating water vacuum pumps, circulating
coolers, constant temperature circulators, low-temperature
coolant circulation pumps and closed refrigeration and heating
circulation devices (also known as high and low temperature
circulation devices). |

Attention |

1. When the device is powered on, it is
prohibited to touch the transmission device to prevent danger.
2. When materials are added, it is strictly
prohibited to make metal or hard materials fall into the kettle
so as to avoid damaging the equipment.
3. Do not exceed the using pressure range and
temperature range, and the temperature difference should not be
too large.
4. After the installation of the reaction kettle
is completed, it must pass the operation qualification before it
is put into use. |

Operation
Method |
|
1. Before installing the equipment, be
sure to check whether the components are complete and
intact.
2. Insert the speed regulator into the
bracket and install the aviation plug of the motor and
the speed regulator in place.
3. Install the constant pressure hopper,
the cross flask, the condenser and the temperature probe
in sequence, and ensure that the bolts of all the parts
are tightened in place.
4. Connect the vacuum pump or high/low
temperature circulation device as needed.
5. Ensure that the discharge valve is
located in a closed state.
6. Power on the machine, ensure that the
stirring blade can work normally, and then put the
equipment into use. |
