LPG and Charcoal Dual-Purpose Duck

| The duck roaster is a commercial
roasting device using liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) as fuel and
adopting the high-temperature-resistant tempered glass as the
observation window. It comes with a free charcoal stove, so the
machine can be heated by LPG and charcoal. The burner can
release heat continuously and stably, the heat can penetrate
through the food evenly from outside to inside, the problem that
the food roasted by traditional electric ovens has the
overcooked outside and undercooked inside is solved, and the
duck roaster ensures the duck is fully cooked while retaining
rich moisture. The charcoal stove gives food a crispy exterior
and tender interior while smoking it with natural aroma for
enhanced flavor. The LPG and charcoal duck roaster is mainly
used for roasting poultry foods such as ducks, chickens and
gooses, and is suitable for supermarkets, barbecue restaurants,
snack stalls and other catering places. |

As the glass is installed manually, there are slight scratches
and adhesive marks on the glass and machine body, and it is
normal and acceptable. |

| 1. The equipment should be
used in a well-ventilated area. Keep a distance of at least 50cm
away from non-combustible materials or walls. The front and rear
glass surfaces and oven door handles become hot during
operation. When opening/closing the door and handling food,
operators must wear protective gloves to avoid scalding. Do not
place flammable items (such as towels) on the oven surface to
prevent fire accidents.
2. The supply voltage of the
equipment must match the rated voltage indicated on the
nameplate, with a voltage fluctuation range of ±10%. An
equipotential terminal is arranged on the lower rear portion of
the equipment, and the terminal and the internal grounding wire
of the machine are equipotential. To ensure personal safety, the
machine must be reliably connected with the ground wire meeting
the safety performance.
3. The roaster body has high
temperature during operation. Splashing water is strictly
prohibited as it may cause glass breakage. Damage to glass
components due to improper use is not covered by the warranty.
4. Before cleaning and
maintenance, turn off the power switch and disconnect the power
supply. Use a piece of soft cloth to clean the machine. Do not
use jet water to clean the machine. If the machine is not used
for a long time, clean the oven chamber and remove moisture to
prevent rust from affecting use in the future.
5. The glass parts of the oven
shell can be cleaned only after the machine has cooled down
completely, to avoid breakage caused by excessive temperature
difference.
6. The operator must not leave
the machine unattended during operation. |

1. The liquefied petroleum gas (LPG)
is used as the heat source, the high-temperature flames are
generated through the gas burner, and the machine features quick
heating, even heat distribution and low energy consumption. It
is equipped with a motor-driven vertical rotating structure, the
food ingredients can be evenly heated in the range of 360˚, and
the consistent color and crispy skin of the finished products
can be achieved. The machine can also match the charcoal stove,
the food can be smoked with natural aroma for better taste.
2. The roaster body is fitted with a
large high-temperature-resistant tempered glass observation
window and a temperature detector, allowing clear observation of
the roasting state of internal food and real-time display of the
oven temperature. The machine is equipped with a warm light lamp
for a better display effect.
3. The electric rotating roasting
rack can roast 24-30 ducks or chickens at a time (for reference
only).
4. The machine body is made of
stainless steel, and is resistant to high temperature and
corrosion and stable in structure. |

Control Panel
The control panel is of a simple and compact structure, is
reasonable in structural layout, achieves clear power indication
and independent control over lighting, rotation and ignition,
ensures stable and precise roasting operation and improves the
operation safety and durability.

Temperature Gauge
The temperature gauge adopts
double-scale display, is resistant to high temperature,
corrosion and impact and not prone to deformation or damage, can
monitor the internal temperature in real time and is simple in
structure, low in fault rate and easy to clean and maintain.

Rotating Support
The
electric rotating support is driven by the motor to rotate at a
constant speed, allowing the food ingredients hung on the
support to be roasted in all directions, effectively avoiding
local overheating or insufficient heating and improving the
roasting quality and efficiency.

Burner
The burner adopts a radiative
heat transfer principle to achieve super-high heat efficiency
and quick temperature rise, and ensures uniform heating with
high safety and low noise. It is flat in surface, easy to clean
and maintain and low in cost.

Charcoal Stove
The charcoal stove is simple in
structure, low in maintenance cost and long in service life. The
natural woody aroma can permeate the roasted duck to form the
unique taste and crispy effect, and the roasting temperature can
also be more uniform.

Universal Wheels
The universal wheels with brakes are
adopted to stably support the machine body and allow the machine
to flexibly move in different working environments, greatly
saving manpower, and improving the movement convenience and
fixing stability.

1. Place the machine on the clean and stable ground, and step on
the wheel brakes. Fill the charcoal stove with charcoal, place
the stove into the machine and adjust the opening of the small
window at the bottom to control the flame.
2. Clean the inside and outside
of the machine thoroughly. Install the glass door handles and
oil drain valve. Connect the power supply and test the machine.
Properly connect the liquefied petroleum gas cylinder to the gas
port.
Note: It is prohibited to use
high-pressure valves, and only low-pressure valves are allowed
to be used. Do not overturn the gas cylinder. The gas cylinder
must be placed at least 2 meters away from the machine and
isolated by a partition wall.
3. Be sure to open the oven door
before ignition. Press and hold the ignition knob for 3-4
seconds, and then rotate it to ignite. Close the oven door only
after confirming that the internal burner is working normally.
If ignition fails for three consecutive times, stop ignition
immediately. Open the oven door and troubleshoot before reuse.
It is strictly prohibited to stand in front of the glass door
during ignition.
4. When placing the food to be
roasted, keep the weight balanced to avoid motor damage.
5. After roasting, turn off the
power supply, close the gas cylinder and then clean the roaster.
The excess oil can be discharged through the oil drain valve.
