(1) Place the machine on the flat and solid ground. Reserve the sufficient space for feeding, discharging and impurity removal (50cm on each side and 1m at the discharging end). Avoid inclination which may cause uneven screening.

(2) For outdoor use, take rainproof measures to prevent the motor from moisture.

2. Equipment Inspection:

(1) Machine Body Fixing: Check whether all bolts on the machine body are tightened without looseness. Ensure the machine frame is free of deformation and cracks, and the connections do not fall off.

(2) Screen Mesh Inspection: Confirm the screen mesh is installed stably, the screen mesh and the screen frame are fastened firmly, and there is no excessive gap (the oversized gap may cause material leakage).

(3) Transmission Inspection: Check whether the conveyor belt and chain are properly tensioned. Pull the belt by hand to ensure the gears rotate normally without jamming or breakage. Apply a small amount of lubricating oil to the chain for several times to avoid dry grinding.

Control Box

The control box is simple in structure and convenient to operate. It is of a closed structure, effectively protecting the electrical components and prolonging the service life. Operation is stable, reliable and safe.

　

Feeding Hopper

The enlarged feeding hopper adopts the inclined structural design, facilitating smooth feeding and increasing the load capacity. The feeding inlet is adjustable in size, and the feeding speed can be effectively controlled.

　

Mesh Screen

The high-quality mesh screen is adopted to achieve grading of camellia oleifera fruits of different specifications and removal of impurities, and the screening efficiency and quality can be greatly improved.

　

Driving Motor

The high-quality copper motor is adopted to provide the stable driving force for the screening operation, can give a quick response to start and stop, and has high performance, low fault rate and long service life.

The buckle is easy to open and close and convenient to use, the fixing and sealing effect is stable and reliable, the maintenance time can be greatly saved, and the production efficiency is remarkably improved.

　

Bearing

The precision rolling bearing is adopted to ensure stable operation, the vibration and noise are obviously reduced, and the bearing is compact in structure, high in rigidity, convenient to maintain and easy to use.

　

2. Power Connection and Inspection
There is no plug on the machine. The machine must be connected to an air switch. Before connection, check whether the power cord and switch are damaged.

3. No-load Test Run
Before starting the machine, ensure there are no sundries in the feeding inlet, screen mesh and discharging outlet. Run the machine without load for 3-5 minutes. Before feeding materials, ensure that there is no abnormal noise on the machine body, the screen mesh stably run without shaking, and the motor is not heated abnormally.

4. Operation Process

(1) Uniform Feeding
Feed materials slowly with a shovel or other tools. Do not pour a large quantity of materials at one time. Spread the materials evenly across the full width of the screen mesh as much as possible to avoid unilateral accumulation, otherwise it may cause uneven screening and rapid local wear of the screen mesh.

(2) Abnormality Handling
If the material jamming occurs during feeding, stop feeding immediately. Wait for the materials on the screen mesh to be completely screened, then stop the machine and remove the blockage. Never reach into the machine to remove the blockage while the machine is running.

(3) Grading Observation
Observe the grading condition during screening. The screens with different mesh sizes will separate the camellia oleifera fruits of different specifications. The camellia oleifera fruits of different specifications will be collected at the corresponding discharging outlets. Clean the discharging frames timely to prevent accumulation and overflow.

(4) Impurity Discharge
Remove the sundries in the impurity discharge outlet in time to avoid blockage which may affect the screening efficiency.

(5) Temperature Monitoring
Check the motor temperature every 30 minutes during operation. The motor is normal if it is not hot to the touch (below 50˚C). Stop the machine immediately for cooling if overheating occurs.

(6) Abnormal Noise
If the abnormal friction noise such as clicking occur during use, stop the machine immediately and check for loose screen meshes, entangled clothing, faulty transmission parts, etc.
