Beverage Bottle Flattening Machine 220V |
| The beverage bottle flattening
machine is specially designed for recycling waste zip-top cans
(such as all-aluminum zip-top cans and iron zip-top cans without
lids. By means of the mechanical extrusion principle, it quickly
presses the hollow cans into thin sheets of 1-2 mm, effectively
reducing the storage space and facilitating transportation and
subsequent recycling. Meanwhile, it facilitates subsequent metal
sorting, crushing and recycling, and contributes to resource
recovery and environmental protection. The machine is suitable
for households, waste recycling stations, supermarkets,
convenience stores, canteens, beverage processing plants and
other similar places. It is used for processing various waste
all-aluminum cans and iron cans with aluminum lids removed. It
is not suitable for processing glass bottles, plastic bottles,
metal tin cans, debris with sharp edges, or other materials. |

1. Operators must receive
professional training and master the safety precautions before
operation. Unqualified and unauthorized operation is strictly
prohibited. 2. Wear
personal protective equipment (such as gloves and non-slip
shoes) during operation.
3. During operation, do not
put hands, fingers or other tools into the machine, and do not
touch the running parts so as to prevent crushing or
entanglement injuries.
4. Do not pour glass bottles,
plastic bottles, metal tin cans, stones, wood, debris with sharp
edges and other items into the hopper.
5. Do not pour excessive cans
into the hopper at one time to avoid blockage.
6. Before cleaning and
maintenance, disconnect the power supply and pull out the power
plug.
7. Do not stand directly in
front of the hopper, collecting barrel or near the protective
cover plate. It is recommended to stand at a 45° angle between
the main column of the equipment and the body.
8. Keep unrelated personnel
and children away from the equipment to avoid accidents. |

The machine is equipped with an automatic feeding and extrusion
structure, and can be operated by a single person. After the
cans are poured into the hopper, automatic single-can flattening
can be achieved, manual one-by-one feeding is not required, and
the processing efficiency is substantially improved.
2. Excellent Flattening Effect: By
adopting the dual-roller double rolling or press head
reciprocating extrusion design, the machine can compress the
cans into thin sheets of 1-2 mm, compression is uniform, and the
cans are not prone to rebounding.

drive mechanism and anti-jamming design. It features a simple
structure, stable running and low failure rate.

Protective Cover
The protective cover is designed for
protecting belts and pulleys from collision and damage,
preventing personnel from mechanical injuries and keeping the
working environment clean and safe.

Material Outlet
The material outlet is of a slope
structure, allows the flattened bottles to be discharged
smoothly and quickly, effectively avoids bottle blockage and
accumulation and makes bottle collection convenient and
effortless.

|
1. Preparation before Operation
(1) Environment Check:
Place the machine on the flat, dry and well‑ventilated ground.
Ensure the ground can bear the weight of the machine, there is
no obstacles, flammable/explosive materials, or corrosive
liquids nearby, and the operating space is sufficient (It is
recommended to reserve at least 50cm clearance around the
machine).
(2) Equipment Check:
Check whether all components are intact and whether the machine
can operate normally.
(3) Material Preparation:
Preprocess the waste cans to be processed, drain residual liquid
in the cans (to prevent rust and slippage), remove the sharp
aluminum lids (for iron cans), and sort out foreign objects such
as glass bottles, plastic bottles and metal tin cans. Ensure
that only qualified cans shall be fed into the machine.
(4) Power Check:
Confirm that the supply voltage matches the rated voltage of the
machine, the power cable is intact, and grounding is reliable to
avoid electric leakage or short circuits.
2. Normal Operation
(1) Turn on the power switch, and the machine will begin
operation. Observe the machine operation condition to ensure
there is no abnormal noise, jamming, vibration or other
malfunctions.
(2) Slowly and evenly pour the preprocessed waste cans into the
hopper. If feeding is not smooth, gently tap the hopper. It is
strictly prohibited to reach into the hopper with hands or tools
to remove blockages.
(3) The machine automatically completes the feeding, flattening
and discharging processes. The flattened cans are smoothly
discharged and collected.
3. After Operation
(1) After all the cans in the hopper have been processed and
discharged, turn off the power switch, and disconnect the power
supply.
(2) Clean the machine: Wipe dust and dirt off the machine
surface with a dry rag. Remove residual debris from the machine
to ensure there is no blockage or residue inside the machine.
Wipe away any residual liquid promptly to prevent rust.
(3) Check whether all components are intact. If any
abnormalities are found (such as wear, looseness or abnormal
noise), record them in a timely manner and contact after-sales
service for maintenance.
(4) Properly store the flattened cans for subsequent recycling.
Place the machine in a dry and well‑ventilated area and cover it
with a dust cover (if provided) to prevent dust from entering
the interior of the machine.
