| 1. The operator should
prepare the air compressor by yourself.
2. Do not touch the running
parts during operation.
Do not put the hands into the machine.
Do not allow people or objects to be located next to the
running parts of the machine.
3. The operator must be
trained and qualified and is familiar with the machine operation
skills.
4. Ensure the boards, edge
banding strips and hot melt adhesive meet the edge banding
requirements. |

different materials of the edge sealing strips.
2. Multi-functional microcomputer
sealing machine adopts the special structural design, can make
the plate with the edge sealing tape to ensure that the adhesive
is more uniform and firmer, and the edge sealing effect is more
perfect. The special design of the glue pot increases the volume
of the glue pot and greatly reduces the preheating time, which
can ensure sufficient melting amount.
3. Manual feeding coupled with
manual control and motorized roller pressure mode can accurately
and quickly carry out the edge banding process, each part of the

Control Panel
The control panel is of a compact structure, has multiple
functions, can achieve precision control over the temperature,
the motor speed, the curved time and starting of
different working procedures, and effectively improves the
working efficiency.

Air Cylinders
The double air cylinders are
designed for controlling the edge band feeding and breaking
assemblies, effectively improving the working efficiency, well
ensuring the edge banding operation can be smoothly
accomplished, and enhancing the edge banding effect.

Press Rollers
The four press rollers are adopted to stably
straighten the
board to be sealed, effectively prevent the board from deviation
in the feeding process and greatly improve the edge banding
effect and quality.

Adhesive Pot
The large-capacity adhesive pot can
store more hot melt adhesives for double-sided adhesive coating,
facilitating uniform adhesive application and firm adhesion. The
adhesive pot is easy to open and close.

Stroke Switch
The stroke switch is designed for
linear edge banding operation. When the plate touches the stroke
switch, the edge band is automatically fed. When the plate
leaves the stroke switch, the edge band is cut off. The stroke
switch is sensitive and quick in response.

Foot Switch
The foot switch
is designed for curved edge banding operation. When the operator
treads on the foot switch once, the edge band is fed. When the
operator treads on the foot switch again, the edge band is cut
off. The control is effective and precise.

| 1.
Check whether all parts of the machine are intact and ensure the
machine can operate normally.
2. Connect the machine to the air
compressor and the 110V power supply.
3. Add the appropriate quantity
of hot melt adhesive to the adhesive pot.
4. Turn on the power switch, set
the heating temperature and preheat the machine to the set
temperature.
5. Adjust different parameters to
achieve proper edge banding operation.
6. Conduct trial edge banding,
and carry out normal operation after the trial operation is
perfect.
7. After completing the edge
banding of all boards, turn off the machine, wait for the
machine to cool down, and clean away the residual adhesive, dust
and other waste. |

Suitable for side sealing: flexible melamine-impregnated paper,
wood veneer, plastic and other furniture edge sealing materials.
Note: The rubber surface must be smooth.
Plastic side sealing tape: must be coated with hot melt adhesive
to prevent deformation when heated. The coated surface of the
plastic side tape must be pre-coated with back adhesive (can
make the back side tape and hot melt adhesive activator).
Suitable for hot melt adhesives: medium and low temperature hot
melt adhesives with melting point below 120℃-170℃.
Suitable for the workpiece frame: can be bonded with hot melt
wood, flower boards, medium fiber boards, particle boards and
other plate frames. |
