| The seam lock forming machine is
a special industrial device for processing all kinds of square
and rectangular ventilation and exhaust pipes. The machine can
process aluminum/iron plates of 0.5-1.5mm thickness and
stainless steel plates of 1mm thickness into multiple shapes. It
has the advantages of small size, light weight, convenient
movement and multifunctional integration. The seam lock forming
machine can form the Dongyang seam, right-angle seam, elbow seam
and grooved seam, and can be widely applied to the fields of
ventilation pipelines, air conditioning engineering,
firefighting exhaust, workshop cleaning, etc. |

Control Box
The control box is of a sealed structure, effectively protects

Elbow Seam Forming Mechanism
The elbow seam forming mechanism is

Forming Roller Assembly
The 9 sets of rollers are adopted to
achieve continuous rolling and can be adjusted to adapt to
various plates. The rollers are subjected to precision turning,

Guide Baffles
The guide baffles can be flexibly
adjusted and firmly fixed according to the plate width,
achieving precise positioning and reliable limiting and
improving the forming uniformity. The baffles are resistant to
wear and impact and is not prone to deformation.

Lifting Rings
The oval
hollowed lifting rings meet the ergonomic standards, facilitates
grasp or hooking of forklifts, cranes or workers, and
substantially improves the equipment carrying and hoisting
efficiency. The lifting rings are firm, reliable and safe.

Universal Wheels
The
universal wheels can flexibly rotate to achieve movement and
steering of the machine and meet the operating requirements of
multiple stations and scenarios. The brakes are adopted to
ensure the fixing stability during operation.

Check the machine and ensure all parts are intact and the
machine can operate normally.
2. Connect the machine to the
220V single-phase power supply with reliable grounding.
3. Appropriately adjust the gap
between rollers according to the plate thickness so as to ensure
the plate can smoothly pass through the gap and the seam forming
effect is better.
4. Press the start button, stably
feed the plate at the uniform speed, and the machine conducts
automatic seam forming operation.
5. After discharging the finished
product, press the stop button and disconnect the power supply.
6. Clean the machine thoroughly
and check the condition of parts. |
