| The rim straightener is a
professional automotive maintenance device for repairing
deformed automotive aluminum alloy wheels. For the damage of the
wheel hubs, it efficiently restores the original roundness,
flatness and appearance accuracy of wheels through a combination
of hydraulic straightening and lathe finishing on the premise
that the molecular structure and mechanical properties of
aluminum alloy are not destroyed. The rim straightener is widely
applied in scenarios such as auto repair shops, tire stores and
wheel repair centers. |

| 1. Do not put
your hands between the piston and flange during the operation.
2. Be sure that the rim is well
fixed to the flange.
3. Tighten the nuts before the
repairing procedure. Loosen the nuts during lathe operation.
4. Be sure that the support
pins are mounted and check that the piston is in the
corresponding hole.
5. Tighten the adjustable
clamping handle during lathe operation. Do not use jets of
water, steam (high pressure wash units), or solvents near the
rim repair machine.
6. Unplug or switch off the
main switch before you start cleaning the machine. |

Flange Plate

wheel to be repaired, has high adaptability to the wheels of
different specifications and ensures good stability.

1.
Connect the defective rim to the flange.
2. Clean the muds and the balance weights from the rim.
3. Choose a suitable sized
connecting flange for the rim.
4. Tighten the connecting flange
and fasten to the suitable canals on the flange.
5. Analyze the defective rim
repairing positions. 6.
Turn on the control switch and start repairing operation. |
